This is a very comfortable apartment in the heart of the city. It has a large comfortable bed, large wardobe with an inbuilt writing desk, large fridge and freeer, a small sofa and tea table, and TV. The balcony connects to the kitchen and together with the main bed room provides a good spacious feel. The bath is large with running hot water and a shower head. The one member of staff is a young 'super woman', who does everything. She helps carry heavy luggae up the stairs to the designated floor, cleans, collects payment etc... She speaks very good English and responsd quickly to text messaging, and helps in any way she can. I fell ill for two days and she helped me buy medicine, which was really sweet of her. There are many resteraunts in the area as well a grocery stores. This apartment is good for long or short term stays. The area is also very close to the main tourist sites. Will stay here again!

The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people, spacious and well cared for! The host was very responsive to us and even kept our luggage until 9pm on the day of our check out. We thought the service was as good as can be, and the quality of the room completely matched our expectations!

Some details could be improved, such as the shower that splashes out of the tub and an additional lock on the door would be nice and easy to install. It is true that the location is close to bars and clubs and there is a decent amount of noise before 3 am. We were aware prior to arrival so it did not impact our stay that much but still must note if you plan on staying here.

Great air conditioning and it’s at an amazing price and location for the quality of the apartment. Attentive owner and comfortable bed.

There’s no lift to the room so you have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of hot and stuffy stairs, but this can’t be helped. I also would prefer a deadlock on the door in addition to the regular lock.

Very spacious, clean room. Large double bed. Manager is great and very friendly. Had booked a room with a balcony but it wasn’t available so they refunded me some money. Everything was modern (kitchen, tv, bathroom).

No one was there after hours for check in after our plane got in late. Lots of stairs, no lift. Very difficult to find, with almost no signage. Had to ask the bar next door where to go.

Very central location in a cute pedestrian square which apparently is a Japanese corner, very spacious apartment and swift and proactive communication with the apartment’s admins

The neighbourhood is very noisy at nights as it’s full of bars and the windows are paper thin meaning you could hear everything until 2-3am.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable for our four-day stay. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing.

We didn't mind, but being in the heart of the downtown area, we could hear the commotion until about 0 a.m. If you are sensitive to sound, you may want to get some earplugs.

To find a room of this quality right in the center of district 1 is a real Opportunity. The area is full of kawaii girls trying to attract Japanese customers in their bar. It's funny.

The room becomes quite expensive on weekends, so I had to move to another place.

no frying pan, one bar made noise until 6am, no balcony window has gap, could put some tape on it. some cockroaches under bed, no laundry
