We had an absolutely fantastic stay here and cannot recommend it enough! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Japantown, surrounded by an incredible variety of restaurants and bars, it is an easy walk to many of Ho Chi Minh's main tourist attractions. The apartment itself is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you could need, making it easy to cook meals if you feel like staying in. Having supermarkets nearby was also super convenient. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, comfortable linen and bed, as well as hot water in the shower. The staff were always available and happy to help with anything we needed. The owner deserves a special mention for their outstanding communication—they were so quick to respond and made sure everything was good during our stay. We loved staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in Ho Chi Minh City, this is it. Highly recommend!

Lovely little spot in Japan Town. Room was nice, bed was comfy, everything was very clean. It's run like an AirBnB, not a hotel - no reception, they just give you the front door and room codes and a phone number. Everything was fine with that, seemed pretty seamless. Overall great value for money because the location is pretty prime without breaking the bank.

I didn't mind, but you should know that Japan Town is gated (cars can't go in) and this spot is deep inside of it in a dead end alleyway (though that's only a two minute walk from the entrance - it's small). You should also know if you're travelling with a family that Japan Town is basically saturated with gogo bars, so you'll have to walk the gauntlet every time you want to get to your apartment (literally no way to avoid it). Not a big deal if travelling as a couple or friends, but with small kids maybe not.

Lovely host, excellent location, larger than expected and well-equipped with a separate kitchen. Not too loud even though it was in the heart of the Japan town area.

Minor criticism - the shower wasn't the best. A little awkward to use, and the hot water was unpredictable at times. But that's a very minor criticism.

LOCATED IN AN "ENTERTAINMENT AREA and RESTAURANT " OF HO CHI MING CITY, AMAZING HOST . Room spacious , close to taxi rank , mini marts and only 1.4 to central markets , opera house and other colonial buildings. A great location though in a tourist area.

The bath water tap is not working well, water comes out at random temperature the whole time, i have to have cold shower in The end because otherwise i will get burned. The lift don’t get to 5th floor where i stayed so I have to carry luggage to walk up one level.

Our long stay was perfect. The house is in a very central and quite position and the facilities are in general really good. A great thing is that the host, Miss Quyen, is super nice and always ready to help with any request.

The Batthub is not so comfortable to use

Not applicable, I don’t eat breakfast , but there’s a bunch of sushi places nearby and 3 convenience stores within a 2 minute walk

The stovetop, maybe it is broken because I tried repeatedly to use and the controls were either inop or simply confusing. Also the frying pan was aluminum which doesn’t work on induction stove, non magnetic.

Great value appartment was clean and functional. Bed comfy.

Perfect location! The apartment is spacious and fully equipped for a few days of independent stay in the city.

A few minor plumbing problems, and those vietnamese bathtubs are really not a good idea...

Good location . Many restaurants around . I just take some minutes to go to Nguyen Hue Avenue and Vincom Dong Khoi mall. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Nice host . Just stay it .
