Location and the cleanliness

Was disappointed that the room I booked look nothing like the picture, but was still a nice room.

We were very happy with the location of this quiet, medium size hotel - within easy walking distance from the commercial centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with all the historical attractions of the centre and also the Saigon River front, yet set in a much quieter part of the city with very little traffic noise. We found interesting Vietnamese restaurants close bye and there were also other national cuisines (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai) readily available. The rooftop pool is quite small but perfectly adequate and there is comfortable seating all around for those who might want to enjoy the rooftop bar and view across the city rather than getting wet! The breakfasts were good with plenty of local and European options (and the ubiquitous omelettes were excellent). In addition to the above complimentary comments we should add that all the staff were superb. The Reception staff were especially helpful with a number of queries and requests for help.

On one of the nights we stayed we had the last room along the row which we thought would be particularly quiet but it turned out that our neighbours were noisy into the early hours of the morning. My complaint to the night receptionist led to the noise ceasing, so I assume that my complaint was passed on to the perpetrators. As the occupants of the neighbouring room were going to be staying through the next night we were moved to another room without any fuss.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip at a nearby center. The facilities are good, the sky bar is great, and the pool looks nice, though a bit small. The morning breakfast is adequate; the food quality is acceptable and it saves time in the morning. The hotel is located in the business center of the city. There are many dining options in the area, especially Japanese cuisine, which I enjoyed. The surrounding area is lively, although it may not be very safe for solo female travelers late at night. The room's view depends on the room number, but generally, it offers great views of either the river or the city. The room size is adequate for a single traveler like me. The room facilities are new, though no clothes iron is provided.

Many staff members are friendly and very helpful, although some need more training. While I understand that working in the service industry can be exhausting, a few staff members (maybe only 2 out of more than 10 I interacted with) showed clear discrimination toward local guests, especially when I invited my guest to the hotel. Despite that, the overall experience was positive throughout the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The highlight for me was definitely the rooftop swimming pool, offering stunning views while you relax in the water. The location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even arranging an early check-in for us because we were traveling with a child. Their attention to detail and friendly service truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent amenities and top-notch service. I can't wait to visit again!

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, with great service and amenities. However, as someone with dust allergies, I found the room could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, this impacted my comfort during my stay, as I experienced frequent sneezing. I would suggest the hotel pays closer attention to cleanliness, especially for guests with sensitivities.

Great location and loved the rooftop restaurant overlooking the city. The room was the smallest in all of the places I visited whilst in Vietnam, typical of a city hotel I guess. However, the bed was very comfortable. Staff were mostly very nice and helpful.

Breakfast mediocre, a lot of choice if you like eating dinner for breakfast but was lacking in western options, not helped by the super slow toaster and the fact that fruit bowls and juice dispensers were not readily replenished.

The hotel was lovely, just 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Down the street there were countless eateries and massage/spa parlors. The room was very big and clean, breakfast buffet large and very good. Overall a great stay in HCMC!

The pool was closed for maintenance one of the days, but other than that, nothing to dislike!

Breakfast is awesome. Staffs are nice. The environment is good, kids love the swimming pool.

1. We live on the floor just below the restaurant, and we're waking up very early morning(two nights) since the noise will through the ceiling since the kitchen started working, the sound insulation is poor. 2. Could housekeeping revise the cleaning time to noon? We forget to cancel the housekeeping alert and the cleaning staff open the door accidentally even though we were in the room at around 8.9. am. It easily feels offensive. (We haven't heard the doorbell)

Hotel in a really nice part of the city. Very well kept and nice surrounding streets. Much less chaos than other parts of the city. The staff were all super nice friendly and helpful. The breakfast was out of this world good. So much amazing choice every day. Our room was really clean and well looked after every day. It was smaller than we expected. That was the only downside of our stay but it had windows looking outside (a bonus in Ho Chi Minh City). Great Vietnamese coffee shop very close by.

Location and the room were nice. Pool area wasn’t big, but quite cozy.

Staff was ok, but smaller hotels feel more genuine. Breakfast for this class hotel was pretty basic, not really so much choice.

The bed was super comfy. Lobby’s great. Food’s great. Location is ideal. Also, the staff refilled the shower gel as soon as I messaged here. Everything’s great!

Not that big of a deal, but the first key card we got didn’t work well. The lobby attendant immediately handed a new one though.
