all staff is so kind and polite . USB charge plugs are set beside electric connectors,so Very convenient to charge mobile phone. The room and bathroom were clean, up-to-date and easy to use.

It's what you expect of a Japanese hotel chain. Everything is up to standard to the minute detail. The location is just perfect, a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Saigon Japan Town, distant enough from the noise.

If I were to nitpick, it would be that there is no smart TV.

What an outstanding hotel with exceptional hospitality! From the moment I arrived, the entire team, especially the reception staff (Lan and Kabi), made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, attentiveness, and eagerness to assist at any time truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast offerings were impressive, with a wide variety of delicious and flavorful options to suit all tastes. Whether you're visiting Ho Chi Minh City for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. The unparalleled service and attention to detail make it a perfect choice for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The room was very comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The highlight was definitely the Japanese toilet with tons of functions — an absolute must-try! Another unique touch was the loungewear provided in the room — not a standard robe, but a cozy pajama set. Such a nice detail!

The only downside was the breakfast. It’s more tailored to Asian/Japanese tastes with lots of unique dishes that might feel unusual for Europeans. If you enjoy trying new things, it can be an interesting experience, but don’t expect the usual omelets or croissants here.

I actually can’t fault this hotel at all! I think it’s very good value considering what you get in return - a great neighbourhood, close to the attractions, a brand new hotel which is really truly spotlessly clean and fab shower pressure. The breakfast was really good (definitely Japanese inspired but I loved it!) and we made really good use of the rooftop pool. Our room was really quiet and we weren’t disturbed at all by outside noise or other hotel guests. All of the staff were super smiley and helpful. We requested a late check out for a fee which was bliss before an international flight. After a few weeks in Vietnam, if you’re craving peace, quiet and above all, cleanliness; this is the place!

We would have loved access to Netflix/streaming platforms but it really wasn’t a problem for us :)

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The building is only 2 years old and everything was clean and tidy. Room service was excellent. Reception was very honorable, professional and welcoming at all times. Thank you to Larry, Lucas, White and Pat. The lifts were quick which made access to all floors easy

I wasn't keen on the coffee bags provided in the room and provision of individual milk satchels would be great

Everything was perfect. This hotel offers all the advertised facilities and a great experience - the staff is very kind and friendly, eager to help, the room and facilities are clean and comfortable, very good soundproofing, the food was delicious, with great variety and new dishes served for breakfast daily. It is an amazing Japanese style hotel and I would definitely choose to stay here for my future trips to HCMC. The central location is also super convenient. Overall, this accommodation is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travel.

Very polite and competent staff, especially at the reception. The most convenient room I have had in Vietnam. In the room available air washer, and the smart toilet surprised me in positive way also. Very authentic (Japanese) pajamas and room interior. In the room is very quiet. The hotel has a perfect location in very middle of Japanese block. Nearby all famous sites and malls in the center of the Ho Chi Minh city. This hotel was the best among others ~10 I have stayed in Vietnam.

The breakfast was good, but not so diverse and European cousine represented not enough.

We stayed in the SGF for two nights, and it was a great was to begin our first trip to HCMC. Everything seemed new, and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable, and having a small air purifier in the room in addition to the Air Conditioning was a nice touch. The staff spoke good English, and were very helpful with all of our requests. The toiletry buffet in the lobby was excellent. The rooftop pool was small, but had a wonderful view of the city, especially at night. Safety and security is clearly a priority here; the elevator is level-locked to your particular floor with access by keycard, and our visitors were asked to present ID. We had an entire day in HCMC after checking out, and the luggage storage room with compartmented, combination lock entry was fantastic, though it was nearly full on that day so a couple of our larger pieces had to be stored by staff in a room behind the front desk- we collected them safe and sound at the end of the day.

The rooms are on the small side, so there's not much space for luggage to be stored/unpacked/opened.

Has UK wall sockets and Bidet. Air-con can manually adjust or off/on. Location maybe a bit off but still walking distance to attraction (e.g. Saigon Post Office). Opposite has a few Japanese restaurants and a bakery. Family Mart and 7-11 are further down. You can also find more restaurants at the nearby Intercontinental Hotel. The Shopping mall closest is Vincom centre (600m). Small breakfast selection but alternate choice daily. Level 19 is small swimming pool and a small gym (no weights). Sound proof of the room is still okay. Staff are friendly and able to speak English.
