There was a heat wave in the city while I was staying here, and it was so lovely and cold inside. Great AC in the rooms, big lockers, all very clean and tidy, and the cleanest bathrooms. Very good location for places to eat, I walked half the time and could bike/taxi easily - it's on a really nice street with big trees. 10/10, would recommend.

The only downside was the club across the street playing loud music at night - I had ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones and that worked a treat.

The way the staff was always ready to help me: from my luggage, questions about Grab (it’s not a common thing where I’m from), lending me an umbrella, to even recommendations for food! They really made my stay and the 3 nights went by so quickly. Wish I could’ve stayed longer (I’m actually at the airport while writing this). The hostel itself is also super chill. It’s located about a 20 min walk to the city center and in a Japanese neighborhood. Which is actually pleasant, because it’s not too hectic and busy. Grab taxi’s can easily pick you up or drop you off in front of the hostel. The bathrooms and toilets were clean, the bed was comfy.

The first night it seemed that the AC had some problems, but I noticed that everything worked accordingly the next night. I could also hear some EDM music from a bar/club in the street behind us, but it was for a short period of time.

We had a great 4-night stay here. We booked the two big bed rooms for four people, which were very comfortable. Overall, everything was good—friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, and good service. The shared common space also had a cosy and homely vibe. The location is very strategic: just a stone’s throw from Japanese Street, close to a Japanese bakery, and surrounded by many restaurants, dessert shops, and convenience stores. It’s also only about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. A very pleasant stay, and we would recommend it.

The staff was amazing! They were incredibly helpful and were so nice🫶🏻 Both the lobby and the coworking space was really nice and the whole property felt so clean. The hotel was also very well placed, we had walking distance to almost all of the tourist attractions and so many nice restaurants. Even tho HCMC is a very busy city with all the traffic, the hotell is located a bit away from the worst noise💕

The only problem we had was that there was a small leakage in the roof in our bathroom, however we told the staff and they immediately helped us and set up a new room for us🫶🏻

Amazing place to stay in Saigon. Probably the best place I stayed in Vietnam. It's in the quieter and more relaxed northern part of District One but easily walkable to most tourist attractions. Plenty of food options around as well. The bunk beds/capsules were amazingly clean, spacious and not stuffy either. Bathrooms were also clean and modern. I liked that each shower room had a changing area right outside like they do in Japan. Staff were also friendly, professional and happy to offer any advice you need. There isn't any opportunities to socialise with other guests, but if you need a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay, this is it.

The accommodation itself is quiet inside, but there seems to be a club nearby that plays loud music late at night and I could hear it. Another suggestion is to add a hand dryer to the bathroom to save paper! (Dyson Airblade 👍)

This is easily one of the best hotels/hostels I’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The staff was warm and welcoming, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, they had free water in every floor, and the modern bathrooms even featured Japanese toilets, an unexpectedly refreshing and satisfying touch (no pun intended). The co-working space was a great addition, and they even had a slide from the first floor to the ground floor, which made the stay even more fun. And did I mention how unbelievably clean everything was?

Great location, spacious room, very comfortable bed (Not too hard and not too soft), well-thought design of power socket (right next to our bed and they're available for both sleeping sides!), water dispenser machine in every floor with an empty bottle prepared for us in the room, friendly and super helpful staff, and the facility like the common area itself is very nice

The whole bathroom was soaking wet every time we took shower. I think there might be a slight issue with water draining tube in our shower.

Very well located, made it very easy to walk to many of the tourist spots and locations. The hotel booked us a tour to the Chu Chi Tunnels for a fair price. (we were first dropped off so very happy too) The breakfast isn’t located on site but behind them - the Bahn Mi served there was excellent really made my dad and I get up early in the morning for it. Definitely would recommend and will be staying again.

Only tiny mishap would be that our Twin Room - A bunk bed room was quite small. Not a problem but when viewing the double rooms it was a much bigger room. So I’d recommend either getting a double room over a bunk bed - just reminded me of my childhood so still rated it !!

Everything was clean, especially the bathrooms, they were very clean and well kept. Although it was a hostel it felt like staying in a luxury hotel. The showers had hot water ! The bed was comfortable and had curtains all the way around. And plug sockets as well. In the room there were also lockers which you opened with your keycard. The staff were lovely and the hostel was very easy to navigate. Plus there was a slide. By far the best hostel I’ve stayed in! Will definitely be staying here again if/when I come back to HCMC !!

Location is great. All the equipments are awesome. Locker is big and specious, even had big space for luggage. All with international plugs. Big space next bed too. Showering area is specious. The front desk service is very nice and warm.

Shower water would be too hot and low pressure when others are using at the same time. Room AC very cold. Seems to be a nightclub nearby and would hear the noise in the midnight. Shared office is great but the phone booth is very hot inside when in need of a quiet meeting space.
