All the staff are awesome. I stayed for 10 nights in a 2-bed premium apartment. I enjoyed the facilities including the gym, sauna, and pool. The living room in my apartment is big enough with a balcony, the kitchen is quite OK. The minus point is there is no dishwasher which should be in all 5* serviced apartments. The bonus point is that the apartment is cleaned every day like a hotel. The location is perfect with many cafes, restaurants and pubs within a 5-minute walk. I will definitely return next time if there is a good deal for my long stay.

Great big apartments, good privacy between the rooms and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well maintained. The balconies were spacious and gave a great view, the rooms were quite at night. Cleaning every day and refill of water and toiletries were also a big plus. The staff was very nice and spoke good english.

All rooms very clean and dustfree, the sheets and towels were also perfect, but the dishes were not cleaned properly so we redid them a few times. The furniture is a bit dated but lacks nothing in comfort

The location, the size and the staff are all excellent. This is a great place to stay in with family when you need some space. There are plenty of restaurants around, including one in the building. Cabs are easy to find. But most of all, everyone from the lift man to the people at the desk to the housekeeping are excellent. They go out of their way to anticipate your needs, helping you book tickets for shows, get taxis and recommendations. Absolutely outstanding.

As family we love the attention to details from all services that we received as soon as we reach Norfolk Mansion until we left.

We didn’t have breakfast there this time but it is the only reason we didn’t stay longer because of this. It would be a convenient options for us as family with children.

The staff and security at Norfolk Mansions Apartments are exceptional. Hands down the best service on our 5 week trip. The location is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the heart of the city, but the size of the apartment is huge, and perfect for large families, who require a beautifully serviced apartment and space to relax in-between their tours or business.

We felt like the Norfolk Mansion is aging, but you can still see the beauty of what it was in its prime. I would love to see it refurbished, and if combined with the same incredible staff, I would be back tomorrow!

The location was amazing. So many great places to eat so close by. So many shops a quick grab ride away and it was quiet at night so the kids were able to get a good night's sleep

It was a bit far from the touristy things such as ben thanh and bui vien st

Fab location , perfect set up for a jet lagged family. Loads of space, so we could avoid waking each other up at different times of the night. Brilliant facilities, massive pool and soft play area for kids. Staff super helpful.

Soundproofing - though some noise inevitable in this city as central as the hotel imagine.

It is near a lot of city attractions all are walking distance. All tours will offer to pick you up since the location is in District 1. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and complete with amenities. The staff are attentive and will help you personally.

We had a fantastic time All the staff were very helpful and helped us with any problems We had a passport issue and reception helped with contacting people to support us and offered translating support if needed Our 2 bedroom apartment was large and very comfortable We were in walking distance to everything But if we needed a taxi They would organise a driver We enjoyed our breakfast which was included with the room and did enjoy room service as well We can’t thank the staff enough for all their support And would happily return again
