Swimming Pool was missing.

Service was very good. Big Thanks to Kelly and Rachel who provided lovely service. The buffet was good.

Housekeeping when the servicing room was not that clean. The bathrobe they replaced in the room was very worn out, very teary. I did take it to Reception to replace a new one. The toilet was not cleaned properly when servicing the room. They forgot to replace toilet paper. So we used our own. It was all the little things that were not checked properly.

Definitely the amazing service we received from the staff. Aquari is not a five star hotel but the front desk and lobby service were not subpar to five star hotels we previously stayed. They were very friendly, willing to help when we need them. My family was amazed that they came to carry our luggage from taxi to the lobby and sent them straight to the room given they are not 4-5 stars hotel. They even held umbrella for us to the taxi on rainy days. Special shoutout to Huy (hopefully i spell his name correctly) that assisted us during the stay. He is very professional, friendly and sincere.

Quiet and clean and withing walking distance to main attractions and shopping centres. The rooms are quiet, cool and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I liked that the breakfast was included and had fresh tropical fruit. Great value for money

We were opposite the lifts and you can hear the bell for each floor starting early morning. Was not an issue for us as we wake early. I would recommend asking for a room away from the lift if you like to sleep in.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were lovely and our hotel transfer from the airport was great. The guys that picked us up were lovely

The only thing we could fault was the cold bacon at breakfast and when we tried to order room service they kept hanging up when answered but not a deal breaker, just a tad frustrating but we would stay again

Location was fantastic relative to attractions, dining, and nightlife. Rapid response to extra service requests. Housekeeping service excellent. Door hosts, front desk, and dining staff were also great!

Outside covered seating for Cafe 9 was not properly maintained especially during rainfall. It had leaks in the roof, which made only one table usable during recent rainstorm.

- amazing friendly staff - conveniently located in district 1 - big size room and big size bed - shops, restaurants and other activities close by - 30 minutes to the airport - easy to maintain airconditioning system

- the king size bed consists of 2 matresses - the temperature adjustment in the shower is a little awkward to maintain

Ample room with great Air conditioning not only in the room but throughout. The bed was bug and comfortable for my husband and I very quiet The Breakfast was good and change a bit every day

Sometimes breakfast was very good, while at other times it was very poor ... It depended upon the occupancy of the hotel ... But, apart from the occupancy of the hotel, customer is paying the full price so breakfast shoul have been good.

Some staff members (Luc) were very good, while some were very unaccomodating ... Staff should be able to communicate effectively in English ...

The property is excellent and the staff were very co-operative. If someone known to me visiting HCMC, I will definitely suggest Aquari.

In adjacent to entrance lobby there is a coffee shop which does not suite to this. Also the lobby could have some more spacious.
