The location was really the best perk. The bed and pillows were very comfy.. Everything was walkable and was surruonded by lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very warm and were always ready to assist. Breakfast was in a different hotel, 2 minutes away. (Ongoing repairs) It was always a great morning walk to the other hotel, and breakfast spread was really nice. Thank you so much! 😊 Would definitely stay here again with my family and hubby when I come back to Saigon 😊🥰

The airconditioning was not working for my first room, but they got it fixed when I came back from a day out. It failed the second time so they offered to transfer me to a new room. The first room also smelled very musky. But I guess it was from the ongoing repairs. The water pressure was not so good in the second room and had stopped working at some point while I was showering in the morning and had used the bottled drinking waters instead to finish rinsing 🫠 I guess these hiccups cant be helped as they were doing repairs to improve the facility. Which I totally understand 😊

I stayed at this hotel during ramadan. It was great because the mosque was just across the street and they provided with breakfast and also had Tarawih prayers there. Enjoyed the spiritual connection there. For the room I really enjoyed the bathtub after a hard day's work and the beds were clean comfortable. Overall clean room with complete basic necessities.

The rooms was a bit warm during the daytime and I had a hard time to sleep during the day. Better if they can improve the air-conditioning or have better room insulation from the heat. It would be great if the bathtub's jacuzzi was working. The TV channels were not clear but its a smart TV so you can always turn to netflix.

Modern decor and clean rooms. The location is in the heart of District 1 but the room was quiet at night. My room and bathroom were small but ideal size for a single or couple travelling. TV was modern with lots of of channel options. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I did not sample the breakfast as there were rennovations at the time I went so cannot comment.

Spotless room with beautiful interior design, comfortable bed and an amazing buffet breakfast. I was fortunate to have an early check-in, and while waiting for my room, complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks were available at the reception. The staff are incredibly helpful, always smiling, and super friendly. Plus, the 24-hour front desk is a great convenience.

Receptionists are so helpful and friendly. They help me call taxi during I can’t find any Grab cars during Lunar New Year, and the price is similar or lower than Grab. The room is tidy and with good atmosphere like it shows on their website.

My room location is soundproof badly, especially when elevator open and customers drag luggages, speak loudly, walking to their rooms in midnight.

Loved the hotel and staff. The room was very pretty, comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a bathtub. On the negative side, the walls were a bit thin and the girls next door to us one night were very noisy until almost 1:00 am. I did not enjoy the breakfast but my husband was fine with it.

This is a great hotel. I stay here almost every time I go to Ho Chi Minh City. The staff are excellent. Thanks to the beautiful employee Winnie for her assistance, I was infected by her smile and was full of joy during my stay.

The hotel is located very conveniently in district 1 and very close to all the tourist attractions. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can Grab Car or Grab Bike to all of the places that I want to visit. For the price I’m paying, I think it was totally worth it.

Rooms were functional, quiet, nice and clean, and the staff (especially Winnie and Blue of the reception) were always attentive and helpful, and spoke good English. The location was also great - in the center of the best area in Saigon for tourists.

Place is in a back road that's nice and quiet. Not many food options around, but plenty of convenience stores. Closet to city center by 15 minute walk. Facilities were excellent. Staff friendly. Room clean, spacious.
