I stayed at the Deluxe Corner King Suite with River View for 5 days, and every moment of my stay was truly exceptional. The room was stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and the river view was breathtaking. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The entire property is elegant and welcoming. The restaurant was perfect, every meal a delight with incredible flavors and top-tier service. The management was outstanding, ensuring guests were always comfortable and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Quyên, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me and made the experience even better. If you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City, I highly recommend Hilton Saigon. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

There is a lot to like at this new hotel. Location is great, condition is new, service is overall great and cleanliness is on point. Rooms are big, silent and some have great views of the river!! Breakfast was actually better than anticipated! Food quality is definitely there and the variety was much adequate!

For me the pool and spa floor are the worst part of the hotel that drags the expericence down. just cant understand why the pool is so small and in a corner, it could have been so much better.. for a new uppscale building I just can't understand the design choices. The spa is terribly placed also and there are some shaded jacuzzi like ponds that are also just ugly and uninviting... overall in this floor only the gym is nice, everything else seems so poorly designed and underwhelming.. no wonder almost nobody lingers there.. Room scent was odd. Bath amenities could be better quality also.

Everything!!! Thank you for making our stay in your hotel and city beautiful :) The staff is extremely friendly, honest and always available for any help or doubt. The location of the hotel in the first district surrounded by various attractions, restaurants, business area, shopping centers, etc. Everything you need is in a walking zone. The rooms are very modern, good and clean with enough space for suitcases and all other things you need. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar where the food is excellent. The view from the restaurant and bar to the river is wonderful. Everything was excellent and we will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Prime location in front of the Saigon River and short walking proximity to the main attractions and shopping centres in District 1. A huge thank you to Linus at Reception for accommodating a later checkout of 3pm for us at no extra costs and Duc at the Lobby for always greeting us with a smile. We stayed at the King Premium Corner Room with River View and it was a 10/10 - clean and spacious room.

If you plan on utilising the gym, note that its slightly smaller than other hotels with not much variety in machines/equipment to use but other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful stay at Hilton Saigon! I had a very pleasant, truly enjoyable stay at Hilton Saigon. It has become a new reference for my future vacations and visits to Vietnam. If only I could have a Hilton Saigon in every major city I wish to visit! I’d like to give a special mention to the reception staff, who were always attentive and caring during every moment of our comings and goings throughout the hotel. If there’s one thing that truly stood out, it’s the impeccable communication of the hotel and the outstanding service at reception. Incredible service overall, but everything was simply perfect. The hotel lounge was fantastic, and the food was exceptional. Whether it was the rooftop restaurant or the delicious scones during tea time, everything was simply magnificent.

Great location, very central. The breakfast was amazing! We received a free upgrade on arrival to a suite, and it had an incredible view of the river and city from the 25th floor! The staff were extremely helpful, especially the Manager and staff at breakfast, the staff at check in, and Buu the bellman, and the concierge Duc. I used the gym, steam room and sauna and the pool, all of which was great. I would definitely recommend and would like to stay here again.

I was thankful that Hilton Saigon noticed that it's my first time staying at a Hilton property. They upgraded my room at no extra cost. Also there no questions asked when I asked for an official invoice for reimbursement purposes, as it was a business trip. The view from my room was exceptional. Also, the location is withing walking distance to Vincom Shopping Mall and the colonial post office

It was a 3D2N stay. I didn't get a chance to experience the facilities. So I can't think of anything I dislike about Hilton Saigon.

This is a beautiful new hotel along the Saigon River. Location is good.. Hotel is walking distance from the waterfront and into the city. Hotel rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities one could ask for.. Lovely bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast was awesome.. they had a huge spread.. hotel also has a pool, gym and spa. Lastly, the staff were friendly, helpful and could speak English.

Very modern deco. Service is excellent. A well deserved 5 stars.

Location wise it is not as good as the other hotels which are closer to the central area. Given this fact, I think the price is a bit too high as compare to other hotels. But the services and facilities really pays off.

It’s new hotel. Good view if your room faces the Saigon river. Location is very convenient in district 1. Finding food is lot a problem at all. Breakfast spread is good.

The room rate is on a high side. Not very sound proof as other closing there room door you can hear it clearly.
