I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It was the closest hotel to the exhibition venue, which made it very convenient. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is also a shopping center nearby where you can easily find food and other necessities. Overall, the hotel was good and definitely worth the price. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager named Bayu. I had to urgently send some samples to Seoul, and he personally assisted me with the shipment. He didn't turn down my request and was very polite and professional throughout the process. Bayu, if you're reading this — thank you for your support, your time, and your dedication. I highly recommend this hotel — it offers great value for money.

Location, good rooms and staff

Expensive for Ho Chi Minh City

With a late flight home we asked for and were given a 4pm checkout at no additional charge. Much appreciated! Breakfasts were an additional charge but were worth the cost with special coffees and a good array of choices. Reception was very pleasant to deal with and they were eager to accommodate our requests. Hotel is located near city centre, handy to shops, markets, etc.

This was a 41/2 star hotel so little to dislike.

Good but invoice issue ruins my experience

Everything is fine, but the issuing invoice is a terrible experience until now; On 2023/1/2 I have shown my biz card with all sufficient information for invoice and hotel sent me wrong invoice, hence I sent scanned my biz card photos within all sufficient information to hotel back and forth around 4 times. Until now on 2023/1/3 I still don’t receive any correct invoice and reply from hotel yet, terrible response regarding invoicing issue

The hotel was clean and the location is close to all the attractions in central Saigon. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff members were well trained, friendly and helpful.

The spa and pool area were a little tired, but it appeared that they were in the process of upgrading it.

Breakfast buffet every morning and the cocktail lounge were superb. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating with all requests and needs. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the stay and the location. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately due to Covid some of the amenities were still off limits like the sky bar. The AC controller in our room was also a little temperamental and wouldn’t listen at times. Nothing that impacted the quality of our stay though.

The location is central in the city and close to all amenities.

The hotel itself is quite old, needs renovation, the plug points in the rooms don't work. They are also wobbly. There is no choice of halal food in the breakfast buffet. The room had a pest issue and clogged drain, we complained to the management and they resolved it. The managers Kim and Vy assisted in making amends to the bad experiences we faced. We appreciate their assistance and encourage the team to train their other staff alongside.

The location is excellent. Buffet breakfast was tasty and had extensive choices. The bed was very comfortable. The service was friendly and impeccable.

Some USB ports in the rooms for charging devices would be useful.

I booked a R club one bedroom suite, the room is large but the furniture is little old fashioned. The feeling of able to use the Club lounge was a great feeling. There were lots of alcoholic drinks and food to choose from. The variety of food also changed every day and always tasted good. Staff are friendly and helpful with good English. In conclusion it was a great experience but of course a bit pricey

The seemingly hidden 5% service charge....but it was not really the hotel fault. It was more of the booking.com website problem which used big bold font for the 'so-call' TOTAL price and stated including tax and all charges, but in fact, there were much small and faint prints showing the 5% service charge....

Check in was quick. I didn't eat at their restaurant becoz I preferred trying local restaurants located within walking distance from the hotel. But I did try the bar at the lobby. Had two pints of beer and spring rolls. Beer was nice and cold and spring rolls were also fresh served with some lettuce and basil leaf. I notice that hotel lobby had no sofa to sit around like most hotels do. The roof top pool was on a smaller side so I didn't use it. Fitness room was ok. My room was comfy, lots of pillows. Had a desk, small sofa and table, fridge, tv. Bathroom was also nice with strong hot/cold water pressure. Will stay there again next time I visit Saigon.
