Location is the best thing about this hotel. Most of the old quarter with places of interest are walking distance. A lot of good restaurants near by. The view from the terrace pool as well as river facing room is great. Breakfast buffet was good.

Two things we did not like: 1. The bathrooms were very uncomfortable. The walls were glass, and the door had a slit through which one could see inside. Most of the party was not comfortable with lack of privacy. 2. The concierge desk does not guide properly. We paid a bomb for a half day hop on hop off bus tour, but he did not tell us that there are multiple companies and many different buses for this service. Our company buses were few in number and running late by half an hr....and we wasted a lot of time waiting for the buses to arrive at every stop...and missed most of the tour as we had to catch a flight. Little more guidance would have helped us save money, and not waste our last day.

Great location, right in front of the main river. We asked for the riverside view. The room was fully equipped and bathroom was quite spacious. Also breakfast was very well curated, and a good variety of options!

Although we really enjoyed our stay, there are a couple of snags that need to be highlighted. The hot water in the shower didn't come immediately but only many minutes, resulting in wasting water and time unfortunately. Although we have a nice view over the river, just on the other side, there were massive led screen working till late night and that was quite annoying, if you wanna catch some sleep early. They only switched it off around 1-2am

It was my second time staying at this hotel, and one year later the personnel is even better than I remember. Everyone’s very professional and polite and you feel very very welcome. I also appreciate it that my request regarding high floor was fulfilled (I contacted the property in advance regarding it). I also like how the rooms are equipped, the quality of mattress, pillows and bedsheets and towels. Also the vanity set and that they have bathrobe and slippers 💕 Despite being on the busy street the noise cancellation in this hotel is great imo, I’ve stayed in a room both with city view and river view - no issues. Regarding their kitchen - their Pho is really one of the best (tried it via in room dining last year and in their restaurant this year). Didn’t have a chance to try breakfast this year (early check out) but they prepared a take away for us (they offer options, you just have to ask to fill out the form), we loved it, it was delivered to our room on the time we specified (very punctual). Ah and forgot to mention the location - picturesque, and next to all nice restaurants and shopping centers (walkable distance)

The hotel feels really worn out one year later :( probably it’s time to refresh it here and there (chipped furniture, walls paint etc). And also it’s got a veeeeery strong musty smell which is not good (not sure whether it could be fixed, but carpeting in the hotel makes it worse). Also we were unlucky on the day we arrived they hosted an event in their restaurant for locals, and they were crazy loud and occupied the whole restaurant, we couldn’t enjoy our dinner with river view (maybe avoid staying there over Friday-Sunday party time)

Along the street with big name hotels like Hilton and Renaissance, but at a fraction of the cost. Staff are all very friendly, reception staff speaks good English, they’re always getting the door for you. We felt very safe staying in this hotel too. Rooms are clean, and the river view at night is quite satisfying. There are really high quality restaurants and cafes nearby too.

Hotel is in a busy area, do buffer enough time for traffic to wherever you want to go within the city.

Seafood buffet to die for, all food and drink for £35 roughly, this included every sort of seafood you can think of cooked in a variety of ways, amazingly enough even included a full lobster cooked to order from the tank. Pool on the roof very refreshing and never seemed busy although it was the weekend, bar on the roof great too, happy hour between 1800 and 1900 or 2000 can't remember, but you basically got 2 for one drinks in those hours. This is my new go to hotel in HCMC as as well as the fantastic service it's right opposite the fast boat terminal to Vung Tau and Con Dao which is why I booked it originally.

The buffet breakfast was really nice and Ann the supervisor was such an amazing helpful lady. The staff were really nice. Want to thank Hoa at the concierge desk for all his amazing help he provided. He was definitely our go to man for advise, help and tours. Thank you Hoa 😊 🙏 💓

The TV had a distorted sound but I could not believe that after telling Hoa he organised a maintenance team and the TV was replaced in matter of minutes. The bathroom was nice but did not have adequate hanging for the towels. The pool area was lovely but the same type of music genre was annoying. Maybe try adding some 70' 80's music to the mix.

It was centrally located. It was easy to get around. The breakfast was amazing. My husband had pho every single day. It was delicious!!

There was no balcony with our room. I’m not sure whether other more expensive rooms had balconies, but a balcony would’ve been ideal. And there was no direct lift access to the rooftop . You rode to Level 24, to the day spa and then took a set of stairs to a mezzanine where the bathrooms were, then another set of stairs up to the pool deck.

This is a really well run hotel. The staff were all very friendly & obliging to meet any requests that I had. The room was a really good size and nicely layed out. The dining room food and staff was excellent. The pool area and bar was the highlight for me. The staff were fantastic at the pool bar.

Only issue I had was that maintenance staff were tring to fix the air con at another room on my level about Midnight, and it was really noisy and couldn't get to sleep. But probably because the door to my room isn't that sound proofed. Onll a small one off thing. I'd stay there again on our next visit.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast room and food spread was abundant with a great variety. Hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful.

I was leaving the hotel to the airport at 5pm and wanted to take a shower before I leave but the water power was very weak and there was no hot water. I ended up travelling without taking a shower. What made things worse is when I asked they told me that in the early morning there is no hot water and the water power is reduced. What is this excuse? Water should be available at all times with the same power and in a case like mine, I had a very long flight and had to go on it without taking my morning shower. It was TRULY annoying.

The location is amazing - the river view is excellent, though having stayed here a number of times, the City view rooms are quieter (less traffic noise). Breakfast is very good as you become accustomed to in SE Asia. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Roof top bar and pool have great views over the city and river. The gym is decent for a smaller hotel too.

The WiFi was sketchy in the room and reception which made work meetings back home (UK) challenging. Nothing that would put me off returning - I’ll be back in October!
