The check in process was good considering we reached at 4am! The room was quite comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked very well given the warm temperatures outside :) Room - Rating 4/5 Breakfast was laid out from 7am to 9am and was decent. Rating 3/5 Location as super, right in the middle of HCM and close to nearby attractions. Rating 4/5

I guess the breakfast timing could have been till 10am, given we are tourists and would like relax in the mornings.

The hotel is in a super convenient location, within walking distance to local eateries, attractions, and the city center. The room was clean, airy, and well taken care of. The staff were genuinely kind - always greeting me with a smile and happy to help with anything I needed. I especially enjoyed the breakfast - tasty food, nicely presented, with plenty of options whether you want something light or a full meal. There’s also an on-site spa, which was a real bonus. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day out. The space was calm, and the spa staff were professional and pleasant. If I come back to Saigon, I’ll definitely choose this place again

It’s been a few years since I last stayed here, and I’m genuinely happy to see the hotel has returned to its great quality. Before COVID, things felt a bit limited - simple breakfast, no coffee in the room, and a few small touches were missing. But now it’s a whole different story: breakfast is much better, coffee is back in the room, and the city view rooms are definitely worth it. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but sitting back with a cold beer at night, looking out over the city - that’s time well spent. The hotel also offers a wonderful spa - perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. It’s quiet, professional, and just what I needed. A special shoutout to Linh at the front desk - so kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. It’s little things like that that make you feel truly welcome and at home

Everything was great during my stay

I stayed in room 601 and was genuinely surprised - the room was spotless and incredibly quiet, even though the hotel is located in the city center. Breakfast outdoors on the 8th floor was such a pleasant way to start the day. I really enjoyed it - and I have to say, the experience has improved a lot compared to a few years ago. Now it’s the perfect way to kick off the morning. The hotel also has a convenient spa, great for relaxing after a long day of walking or traveling. The atmosphere was calm and soothing - definitely worth trying. A special shoutout to Linh from the staff, who kindly helped me carry my luggage to the room - such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel really welcome. Overall, I was truly happy with my stay - excellent value for money!

The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of District 1, super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Linh and Ember at the front desk - they were so thoughtful and helped me arrange an airport transfer, making everything smooth and hassle-free. I also loved the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the lobby and hallways - it gave the hotel such a warm and elegant atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant offered a stunning view of the city - a perfect way to start the morning. Plus, there’s a wellness spa right on-site, exactly what I needed after days of traveling and exploring. Honestly, everything I could ask for was right here - it was truly a wonderful experience

We had a fantastic hotel experience at Asian Ruby Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Linh was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to all the local attractions which are easily accessible by taxi or walking. Linh provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Asian Ruby Hotel exceeded all expectations. It was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and personal touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We look forward to another opportunity to return here

This hotel is really good and totally worth the price. The staff are super nice, and the whole place is really quiet - I loved how peaceful it felt! The location is perfect too - right in the city center, close to lots of restaurants and cafés, and just a few steps from Nguyen Hue Walking Street. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, and the view over the whole city was amazing. Plus, they also have a spa where you can relax - such a nice bonus after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again

Perfectly located with a clean, comfortable room and a huge balcony - great for watching the hustle and bustle of Saigon. Staff were warm and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it

If I could change one thing, I would have loved the balcony to feel a bit cozier, but it was still a lovely spot to catch some fresh air

The breakfast was amazing. Linh asked in advance what to cook for breakfast and prepared it perfectly. I was offered a welcome drink upon arrival. She also arranged for a taxi (cheaper than Grab) when I left. The Hotel is new, very clean, cozy and calm. I didn't feel such care even at home. There is a room to have foot massage and separate room to have body massage!))
