We had a fantastic hotel experience at Asian Ruby Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Linh was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to all the local attractions which are easily accessible by taxi or walking. Linh provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Asian Ruby Hotel exceeded all expectations. It was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and personal touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We look forward to another opportunity to return here

This hotel is really good and totally worth the price. The staff are super nice, and the whole place is really quiet - I loved how peaceful it felt! The location is perfect too - right in the city center, close to lots of restaurants and cafés, and just a few steps from Nguyen Hue Walking Street. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, and the view over the whole city was amazing. Plus, they also have a spa where you can relax - such a nice bonus after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again

Hard to find anything to dislike

The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern yet cozy decor that creates a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Overall, I had an exceptional stay, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The combination of great service, beautiful accommodations, and fantastic amenities really made this a memorable experience. I will definitely return on my next visit to HCMC.

Perfectly located with a clean, comfortable room and a huge balcony - great for watching the hustle and bustle of Saigon. Staff were warm and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it

If I could change one thing, I would have loved the balcony to feel a bit cozier, but it was still a lovely spot to catch some fresh air

The breakfast was amazing. Linh asked in advance what to cook for breakfast and prepared it perfectly. I was offered a welcome drink upon arrival. She also arranged for a taxi (cheaper than Grab) when I left. The Hotel is new, very clean, cozy and calm. I didn't feel such care even at home. There is a room to have foot massage and separate room to have body massage!))

Very good location in the city center in walking distance to several sightseeing spots and shopping areas. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was served on a rooftop terrace with a view. The staff was super supportive and assisted with booking a tour to Mekong delta and with arranging a car to the airport

The staff were helpful & courteous. The young lady at the desk spoke good English and was ever ready to help. I lost my charger and she was ever willing to lend me hers for hours 👍 Also, the hotel location was great. You can easily find high-end and street-level foods within walking distance. Oh, Nguyen Hue too!! The area is always alive! And the Ben Thanh Market is less than 1km away....

Everything was amazing, we had a lovely stay. Linh the staff is amazing and helped us with anything we needed and giving us advice for our stay. We organised an airport pick up there and back too. The spa was great. The room itself is cosy with city view and comfy beds. we loved our stay so much, thank you Linh

All perfect, nothing to complaint

Good air conditioner. Very clean rooms & bed linen. Staff are excellent, alway had a ball staff to assist bags or any help. Massage in the hotel ground floor was also good quality & value. 1 hour oil massage foe 300,000.

A female front staff advised me that I can't get grab 4am or 5am in the morning to airport. She told me I need book taxi for more than double the grab prices.

Everything was excellent. The food was fresh and cooked on the spot. The restaurant had a great view, which made the meals even more enjoyable. The fruit was great, and the rest of the buffet was also very good. The room was cleaned very thoroughly. The staff at the reception were very kind and helped us a lot
