The location is fantastic, near the main street and within walking distance from all the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, and it is quite noisy. The staff even gave me earplugs at check-in.

The room is quite dark, and the furniture makes it even darker. Despite the fact that they say and confirm there is a window in the room, the window opens to an internal ventilation area, and you can’t even see the daylight. So, basically, there is no window, and they should make it clearer.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff and breakfast was great.

When checking out, asking the guest if they have taken the towel in the room is sensitive. Also, consider the cost of a towel in Vietnam versus the cost of additional luggage weight when flying.

We were only in HCM for a few days, the location of this hotel was central to most of the attractions we wanted to see and in the heart of district 1 so it was there was always something to do and see! The staff went above and beyond when it came to requests (we are particularly thankful to one receptionist that acted as a translator between us and our airline). During our stay we also spontaneously decided to book one of the tours offered through reception, the whole process was super easy and it was honestly the highlight of our trip! Breakfast was included in our stay, and while the options didn’t change daily, there was a range of both western and Vietnamese breakfast options that kept breakfast interesting. There was also a number of vegetarian options which I really appreciated!

Staff did mention at check-in that in the evenings that it can get a bit noisy and music can be heard through the walls and provided earplugs. Personally, I didn’t find this an issue (despite being a light sleeper). There was definitely some base that could be heard but it was easy enough to tune out. And, more a personal presence, but the mattress and pillows are both on the firmer side, but still comfortable nonetheless.

The staff are extrememly friendly and go above and beyond to help. I loved how they reach out on WhatsApp and you can chat to them 24/7. The rooms were awesome and had everything you could possibly need. Location was very central with a lot to see and do within walking distance. There are ATMs and convenient conveniently located near the hotel. Breakfasts are great with an array of foods for different palletes.

There is a club in the building next door. When I say next door it is literally on the wall next to rooms where the bass carries through the building until late. The staff are well aware of it an apologetic.

Breakfast was outstanding! Me (gluten intolerant) and my husband (vegan) had plenty of delicious options to choose from. I also loved the location of the hotel. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The fitness room was small but it was well equipped and clean. But probably the best part of the hotel was the staff. One of the front desk clerks spent over an hour with my husband finding out a replacement makeup mirror that we broke the first night. And throughout our stay the staff were so pleasant and helpful.

The room was too dark from me despite the numerous lamps. And we would have liked the pool to be heated. It was too cold to enjoy.

Very beautiful boutique hotel. I really like the decoration and all the attention to details. Our room on the 7th floor was comfy and spacious. I particularly appreciated the bathroom/shower and the provided toiletries. They also offered fresh fruits in the room. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful and helpful. A particular shout out to Daniel at the front desk and my lady housekeeper. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian street Nguyen Hue and the cafe apartment. If I were to book a hotel in District 1, I'll book again at Amanaki Saigon Boutique hotel.

Great central location in District 1 (Dong Khoi), just opposite Bitexco Tower and close to Saigon River means this is easy to relocate if you're wandering round neighbourhood on foot. Super comfy-bed, lovely quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff who sorted me out Cu Chi Tunnel trip (recommended) at very short notice. Amazing breakfasts which cover all bases from Vietnamese to European. Delicious in-room snacks and fresh tea/ coffee, not instant. Sustainability is big here, great to see refillable filtered water not plastic water bottles. Amanaki was pricier than other places I stayed in Vietnam - but well worth the extra, and Saigon/ HCMC accommodation seems a bit pricier than elsewhere in Vietnam anyway. So - treat yourself! Strongly recommended.

Superb location..right opposite saigon skydeck.. everything is in walkable distance..the cafe apartment is just around the corner..circle k , 7-eleven all nearby..rooms smells so good..wish we could stay there more..but unfortunately we were there only for a night..next time for sure we will stay longer..even though we checked out from our room..they allowed us to keep our luggage till night and even use the washroom after a long day of roaming around..we came back at around 9pm... freshened up..took our luggage and headed for the airport. Right upon our arrival we were greeted with fresh coconut water which was so refreshing. ❤️❤️❤️

I had a fantastic experience at Amanaki Saigon. The hotel is stylish, spotlessly clean, and located in an ideal spot — right behind the Bitexco Skydeck Tower making it easy to get around the Main Square. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Linda, who went above and beyond during my stay. I booked the Executive room, which was spacious, well-maintained, and came with a bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was both modern and cozy. One of the standout features was the natural herb-infused amenities. They added a refreshing and thoughtful touch that really made the stay feel special. The only area that didn’t quite meet the same high standard was breakfast. The selection and quality could be improved to better match the overall experience. That said, I still highly recommend Amanaki Saigon and look forward to seeing an upgraded breakfast offering on a future visit.
