+ Location and price point - near Takashimaya, Bitexco, Ben Thanh, Nguyen Hue square etccc and all the HCMC landmarks but not overly expensive. + The staff - especially Delwyn - very pleasant and professional. Great recommendations also for food and things to do. + Lots of foodie finds nearby and also many cafes and comvenience stores. + Good breakfast and great rooftop views
Typical HCMC area with questionable sanitation and garbage disposal. The hotel is located along like a market street so there's lots of garbage and rodents. :) Area also is like a red light district, so every night all the 'adult workers' line the streets and alleyways.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was good each morning. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Roof top views are lovely.
Having no window room felt like it was always night time. Was hard to know the time of day especially in the morning. The location of the hotel was very intimidating to begin with. It’s amongst a very local area with local food market and the taxi could not drop us off at the hotel because of this. I did not see a rat in the hotel, but because of the local food markets at its foot step I did see some rats in the streets. Shower did flood the room. Room was very small, not enough space for our luggage

Breakfast is a good range for the size of the hotel. Coffee is fresh and good quality. The staff are always friendly. This was my second stay, due to the the location and service. I love the aesthetic of the hotel with the rounded corners, it stands out against other hotels. The location is great as its very near nguyen hue street and saigon shopping centre. There's an udon restaurant nearby called Tenryu which is open late, I would recommend also. The staff are lovely and hard working. Tram Anh and Loan (delwyn and alice) were particularly warm and welcoming and enquired about our visit and experience. The hotel is big enough that it's convenient and well managed but small enough that you don't feel like a statistic. I've stayed at bigger ones that don't seem as bothered about guest wellbeing.
There is no door seal at the bottom, meaning all noise from the corridor can be heard clearly. Some guests got up before 6am and were shouting and banging. I made the staff aware and they dealt with it. Some minor cleanliness issues like dust on the extract fan and smoke alarm but again this was dealt with.

The hotel is in a really good location and it's the best thing about this hotel, it's about 2 minutes away from the Nguyễn Huệ Boulevard. All the other tourist spots/attractions in Ho Chi Minh are also within walking distance. The staff were also very helpful. We ordered GrabFood but there was a mishap with the driver and he couldn't speak any English but the staff helped us get that sorted. For the price we paid, it was really worth it!
There were ants in the room no matter how much housekeeping was done lol. Though the location is quite central, there are also a lot of clubs nearby it seemed like a red light district I'm not sure but when we head out early there were a lot of drunk people. Breakfast could also be improved, it was quite basic just enough to fill you in for the morning but there are a lot of places nearby that you could get food or just get Grab.

All the staff were incredibly courteous - thanks Tyson for your kindness and professionalism helping me with the Grab app. I also appreciated the room change due to the club noise in the from the first room we were given - the second room was much quieter. The terrace was lovely, especially at night. WiFi is very spotty in the room. Other minor issues: room cleanliness is ok but not great. Hotel is located in a market street, so taxis will pick you up from opposite the hotel, but will likely drop you off on the main road nearby. Recommend getting a room with a window (although it won’t open).

The hotel was right on a popular street with street and fruit stalls. Great location, close to Saigon Square and Saigon Square. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Family Suite, facing the street, great view (you could see the apartment cafes). Clean. Daily housekeeping was amazing.
Busy street, hard for larger grabs to get down but they can park at the end of the street and you can wheel you luggage down (staff more than willing to help). No bottled water but supplied 4 large carafes of mineral water which are refilled everday. Linen was more "worn" but clean

I travelled to Vietnam as a solo parent with 3 children and we stayed the first 2 nights at Hato Saigon Hotel. The hotel was nice enough, we booked the family suite with 1 extra cot bed (for an extra charge), but still worked out to be relatively cheap. The street the hotel is on is very narrow, so we had to get dropped at the end of the street and wheel our suitcases down (not very far), but good to know if you have a lot of luggage. The staff were lovely and very helpful, always opening the door for us. The wifi did not work at all in our room, but everywhere else in the property. If you stay, you absolutely have to try the Dumpling/Hong Kong street food vendor across from the hotel, the rice rolls dish was delicious!!! Great location.

Everything! From the staff to the room. Cannot recommend this property enough, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and amazing shower pressure! Great little fridge that kept our food and drinks cold. After I had a medical emergency the manager Ms Delwyn went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and the appropriate treatment was able to be provided. The staff were always very friendly when coming and going, small little hotel, in the middle of a street market which did not bother us at all. Very central and will miss everyone very much!
Nothing, all of our needs meet

Liked this hotel so much I stayed here twice on my recent trip (in between travelling to Hanoi) Hotel is just over a year old. Room was comfy and spacious with a desk you can actually do work on. Bathroom was top shelf. Water was hot and flow was strong. View from rooftop is stunning over a morning coffee. Location is excellent (block away from walking street and all the main malls)
May come as a shock but the hotel is situated on a street which has a street market on it. At first instance it looks run down (almost ghetto like and dirty) but I found adds to the whole vibe once you get over it. I tried a few stalls within a stones throw of the hotel and it was stupid cheap and food was great. Room had a window with natural sunlight but would liked to be able to open it and get some fresh air in.

Hotel is on incredible good location in the centre. You might be surprised when you come because of the hustle on the street which supposed to be China street but you immediately feel local spirit. Every places are walkable so there is no need for taxi,... Hotel is small but it is nice and clean. Breakfast is various and good, offers all kinds of fruits and continental food, even some local. People working there are very friendly and would like to accommodate you in everything. And people are the one to remember. Thank you for having us.
