Great breakfast with a nice view. Stayed on 2 occasions on the same trip to Vietnam and the staff were very welcoming on both visits and keen to accommodate our requests about rooms. The rooftop bar gives a fantastic view over the city at night.

Gym was fairly basic but what you would expect for a hotel gym.

It would be difficult to beat the hotel's location in District 1, the Ban Than market is literally just around the corner. The hotel is brand new, so there were a few small teething problems, so for those expecting a spa break the spa is not yet open, but the upside was that everything was new and clean. The hotel staff could not do enough for us, they were very helpful. There is a small pool area, which is very well done althoug compact and a great terrace skybar. Just a word for those booking a half day Saigon excursion, then it would be cheaper to get the big red bus (at 200,000 dong) that goes to exactly the same sites as the tours. I would definately stay here again, and its definately great value for money

La Siesta Premium Saigon hands down is the best hotel our family has stayed at to date! The daily breakfast has plenty of options to choose from and their fresh noodle soups are amazing (even better than some of the restaurants outside of the hotel). Their freshly made specialty desserts are also absolutely delicious! The impeccable service from the staff sets La Siesta Premium Saigon apart from the other hotels we’ve stayed at. All of the staff we interacted with during our stay were phenomenal. The housekeeping crew did a great job replenishing items and efficient during their rounds. Our family would like to give big thanks to Mai Ngo (reception), Tri Le (belllman) and Hai (driver) for going more than the extra mile and providing plenty of resources. We highly recommend staying at La Siesta Premium Saigon and would not hesitate on returning to this establishment in the future!

This hotel is amazing and all staff are a credit to the hotel. The staff were polite, professional, helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, very clean, quiet and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious! We were so impressed with the quality of this hotel from the reception/lobby area to the room and the restaurant/bar area. Providing tranquility in the hectic city of Ho Chi Minh. The location was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel. Price is at the higher end of the hotels in the city but absolutely worth every penny! If I am ever to return, I will most definitely choose this hotel as my resting place. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was a random pick on booking.com, but one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Viet Nam. I visited HCMC 2-3 times a year for business, and the service and food quality I found at this hotel is on par with that in Sofitel. Smaller and less luxurious room for sure, but the service made up for that. Breakfast was amazing. Different noodle soup every single day and the best guava juice we can find in town. Service was fast as well. Shout out to Liem who is everywhere (front desk, breakfast), Nhina and Phung at the spa. That's another surprise, the dedication and level of service provided at the spa was top notch, and good value with the 10% discount for residents!

It's not the cheapest, but it's worth the service.

The best thing of my repeat stay here was the staff especially Lieu who went out o his way to make sure our stay was a memorable one as it was our anniversary. We received a lovely cake and a voucher for welcome drinks. There was also a rose petal and swans made from towels. House keeping was excellent as well as reception.The Spa was very relaxing and the huge give standards in all parts of the hotel was great except for one small incident during breakfast,

This is a small point but the kitchen staff as in the chefs should all be using gloves when preparing food. As I was sat in front of the glass over looking the kitchen, it was disconcerting to see a chef who who preparing the breakfast Pho picking his nose. I very much hope he washed his hands before preparing food, Other than that the breakfast spread was very tasty, but the food could be hotter in temperature.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon! A very special mention goes to Liem, whose hospitality truly made our visit exceptional. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. His friendly manner and excellent local food recommendations added so much to our experience. Liem genuinely deserves recognition—and even a promotion—for the outstanding service he provides. We’ll definitely be keeping in touch and will be back to stay again on our next trip to Vietnam! The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, with stylish and cosy modern rooms, excellent amenities, and wonderfully comfortable beds. Everything exceeded our expectations—an easy 5 stars all round!

Nothing it was perfect

The staff are so helpful and friendly. On arrival I was given water, a juice, fresh fruit and a cold towel to freshen up. My room was gorgeous, very modern, clean and the bed had been beautifully decorated. The view from the sky bar was lovely and the food from room service was even better. The Thai Wagu Beef Salad was delicious. For breakfast I had an omelette and toast, nothing else as I wasn’t very hungry but there appeared to be a good selection. The bed was very comfortable and I wished I had been staying there longer. I also used the Spa and it was one of the best massages I’ve had.

We stayed at La Siesta Premium Hotel in Saigon for three nights as a family of four with two young children, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A special mention goes to Mai, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort — including arranging a more family-friendly room for us when our preferred room wasn’t available at check-in. Her kindness and efficiency truly made us feel at home. The rooftop pool was a wonderful spot to unwind and escape the city heat between sightseeing. It quickly became one of our favourite spots to relax. The Sky Lounge was another highlight — offering breathtaking views of the city skyline, especially at night. The cocktails were excellent, and our kids loved the creative mocktails made just for them. Breakfast was a daily treat, with an impressive variety of both Western and Vietnamese dishes to satisfy every palate — even our picky eaters were happy! The hotel’s central location made exploring Ho Chi Minh City a breeze. Many top attractions, markets, and great local restaurants were within walking distance or just a short taxi ride away. The staff also provided some fantastic recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t recommend La Siesta Premium more highly for families or anyone looking for a high-quality, welcoming stay in Saigon. We can’t wait to return!

Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Cleaned everyday and were offered extra towels and water. Pool is great after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is well worth including. Plenty of options. Location is perfect. You are right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market, Saigon Square, Vincom shopping mall, and nearly every attraction. Most of all, the staff are super friendly, very helpful and make your stay a memorable one. Would definitely stay again.

What I thought was free bottle's of water ended up costing us, as it was very hot weather when we vacationed there. Turns out the Glass Bottled water was free, not the Plastic Bottles. Not a problem at all as the cost is pocket change anyway and doesn't take away from the wonderful experience.
