Nice location, rooms as per the picture. Very nice and very helpful staff, especially Kim from the reception.

If you was a real window and a real city view from your room, make sure to book the „Deluxe Suite“ and not just the „Deluxe Double Room“ (the latter just has a quite small window to the back of a staircase). Breakfast was ample but more western style than real Vietnamese, but ok.

You have to request a room with a window that is not all covered up. Seems like most of the big windows need replacing. Dangerous if you lean on them. All say don't touch. We were there over TET is breakfast was served in a different A25 hotel down the street. It was very poor choices. No buffet but we did see that if not TET better breakfast options at booked hotel. Unfortunately breakfast room was in the garage room below.

Very central location . Close to everything we needed. Our so called superior room was very small and did not have a window. We were upgraded to a VIP room after one night at an extra cost. This room was much bigger and had a window. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.

It advertises a bar area. This is just an extension of the reception . When we tried to order a drink there was no ice so we had to go elsewhere.

The location was fantastic! Perfectly situated in the heart of District 1, walkable to everything you need. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We also loved the rooftop pool to cool off from our warm days exploring the city.

Unfortunately we didn’t have much of a window, it looked out to the stairs.

Good value for price. Great staff — very friendly and accomodating. Great location. Really good breakfast buffet: good omelet, good selection changed from day to day. Small pool but clean and perfect for mid day dip. Gym is small but has the basics. Bed and pillows were comfortable. If you want a hotel with a pool in D1 this is great value for price!

Great locating and helpful staff, Clean and very well supplied rooms with all toiletries including anything you may have forgotten available. Good breakfast they will cook anything within reason including omelettes.

I booked the room expecting a walk-in shower however the shower was over the bathtub, and it made it difficult to step into the bathtub to have a shower. The photo shows a Walkin shower. I asked to have a new room, but none were available.

Good comfortable bed, very spacey room and I love their hip interior design! The lobby is cool to hang out too. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a family mart on the opposite road to get snacks and drinks. But mind you, this road is very busy, cross carefully! It's located beside Nguyen An Ninh road where most of halal foods are located for Muslim travelers. Walking distance to Bui Vien street through the park. And yes it's so near to Benh Thanh market too. Nice pool to dip to cool down in very hot and humid Saigon weather. The pool actually is a bit smaller than photo.

The towel rack in the bathroom almost fell down. It need to to be replaced. the building structure is designed without considering installing a proper ventilation. It was so stuffy when we walked through the room corridor and inside the room due to heat trap. Even after cooling the room, when we went out and the room electric shut off, The heat came back when we got back to our room a few hours later. The Aircon wasn't strong. Luckily there was a standing fan in the room to help cooling the room. In the pool area, near the seats there is permanent screws drilled into the floor which was uncomfortable as you might accidentally step on it. We had to pull the chair in front a bit to cover it beneath.

The staff was super nice and cute. The night-receptionist is a cool dude. Spacious room, big window, clean. Nice tub. Cute pool. During a late breakfast the chef brought me a draginfruit smoothie unasked, literally best smoothie i ever had.

The elevator haha, it said 600kg max but with 3-4 ppl it was beeping. Also a bit slow elevator?

The staff were very nice. They will stand and greet you if you make eye contact. And they even provide necessities that most hotels do not. Example, nail clipper, chopsticks, plastic knife. There are lots of snacks and drinks in the fridge although its chargeable upon checkout. Best part its in front of family mart so you can just drop by at night in case you need anything.

I find the posters in the room a bit unnecessary and the door to the bathroom had a nail in the door knob so it cant be locked. Aircon probably need a wash as there is strong fan speed but cool air not as good. But overall it still manage to cool the room

Staff were friendly. Rooms were serviced daily. Hotel is in great location. Pool is small but that’s all required for a quick dip.

We booked a grand family suite with city views but didn’t get a room with views. Hotel said they would look into how it was advertised by Booking.com because the family suite rooms don’t have city views. They compensated us with doing our laundry, so happy they are checking it for future families that are booking. Overall, good hotel.
