Beautiful location and excellent place. Owners are super nice and easy to contact, Views - outstanding. IMO this must be one of the best places to stay around this town

Everything was really great. Two things to notice: 1. Staircase isn’t the most comfortable and there’s no elevator. Not an issue for me, but maybe for some. 2. No chance to park for a reasonable amount of money nearby. There’s a parking spot 750m away that is free of charge (if you have a full car insurance you’re ok, otherwise not sure if you’ll sleep well) Both elements are clearly marked in the description so there’s nothing to complain about.

I’m not saying I didn’t like but there is improvement opportunity for breakfast. There should be more options in breakfast

Strategic location nearby Ben Thanh, cafes and convenience store is a few blocks away. Good options during breakfast for vegetarians. Clean spacious rooms, strong wifi, hot shower with bidet.

Can be slightly noisy if you're a light sleeper. Sounds are heard when people talk loudly in room next door and walk on floor above.

We only stayed one night. Booked two rooms. The beds were big and comfy. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Noise levels were reasonable.

The hotel was going to charge us for missing bottles of water in the mini bar which we never consumed, I suspect the fridge was never restocked before we checked in. Thankfully we were able to prove otherwise.

Breakfast was a decent spread. However, there were limited vegetarian options. The timings were on a tight leash ..... only upto 9.30 am.

The reception staff could have been more friendly and hospitable. We reached early morning around 8 am after boarding a 6 am flight. a welcome drink or a cup of coffee would have been great !

The location was awesome!! Close to everywhere you want to be. 6 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market & 5 minutes walk to Saigon Centre.

The wall sockets were very warn out. Street noice can be disturbing if you’re sensitive to sounds.

Superb hotel. Ideally located for all the key sights in HCMC. Reunification Palace is 10 min walk. Ben Thanh mkt 4 min walk. Saigon Skydeck 10 min walk. Lots of great food choices nearby. I opted for Deluxe Double room. Was on 8th floor. Room size was OK. Average size. Big windows (which open for air) for reasonable views. Bathroom average. Shower, loo, sink. Everything very clean. Air conditioning in the room. TV with many channels including English speaking channels. But the bed is SUPERB. I like a firm mattress and this was. Lovely comfortable crisp white linen. Firm pillows and duvet just right. Not too thick. Perhaps 4.5 tog. If you like a comfy bed, modern, then this is it. Front desk service was very good. Security man on the door very helpful. WiFi free and fast. I did read some 1 and 2 star reviews on Google but looks like these were 3-5 years ago. This is a great hotel and I literally looked at 20 hotels online before choosing this.

I liked the location of the hotel. My children could easily book a grab and go throughout HCMC with ease. The breakfast was the best compared to all other hotels I stayed at in Vietnam during my 3 week trip. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The three doormen we interacted with during our two stays at this hotel were great. They assisted us with luggage, helped arrange transportation to and from the hotel for my large group, and assisted us with currency exchange.

I had no idea that the room was given to me had no windows...if I knew that I would have not booked it in the first place.

Location was great it was close to many places to eat. We stayed here with our 8 month old and shared a king bed and it was big enough. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up checking in at 3am and someone was still there to service us. The breakfast buffet was included in our stay and it had a good range everyday. They changed the menu so it wasn't the same compared to some places. I'd definitely go back to stay at the same place if I returned.
