It’s a nice, clean, modern and yet fairly basic hotel. The best thing about it is its very central location.

They were unable to provide an early check-in and the communication with the staff members was very challenging. Also, they charge significantly more for airport pick ups and drop offs, so you’re better off downloading the Grab app and booking through there for a much cheaper rate.

I booked this hotel as I wanted something modern within district 1 with a pool. The hotel met my expectations. - The breakfast choices were varied, and had different options each day, and the breakfast serving time was wide (I think 6am til 10:30am) which is good as it suits no matter what your plans are for the day. Some days I was up early for tours so needed to eat early, other days I was lazier and ate later. -The pool is refreshing although compact size but I found I was often the only guest there so it was never crowded, and there are lounges for sunbathing. - The cleaning standard was very good especially compared to some other hotels I used in Vietnam - The facilities especially the bathroom, room lighting and air conditioning are all modern and functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the hotel. - A complimentary snack was available from the minibar - There is security access (room card swipe) on the lift which means strangers are prevented from accessing the floors.

I had an internal room (very common in Vietnam) which had a mock window facing out to the hallway - the hallway was of course always lit which meant light easily came into my room which made it bright when I wanted to sleep. (see pic)

Good location at a good price. Staff were fantastic and helped at any chance they could get.

Great location. Hotel was well managed, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was moderate in size, but adequate and included enough options.

Spa was terrible. Do not bother! Therapist were poorly trained and poor in technique. They used a MICROWAVE to heat up their towels and the microwave sound kept going on and off during the sessions. Ruined all relaxing vibes.

This hotel has such a clean, modern, luxurious feel to it. The staff were lovely and service was great. Everything at the hotel was really comfortable and well designed. The bathroom was a highlight - lovely large waterfall shower, big bath and spacious bathroom. The free snacks and drinks in the room and cold juice as a welcome drink were a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, they also made eggs to order and barista coffees on request. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Large smart tv in the room was cool to be able to watch youtube etc. Location was also great, a short walk from lots of things we wanted to see.

We asked if the hotel could organise a transfer for us from the airport to the hotel and they quoted us 700k VND /way which we were confused about as that price is very high so declined - we got a taxi from the airport instead for 300k and then on the way back to the airport we asked the hotel front desk to call us a taxi and it was metered and less than 200k so I think there must have been a miscommunication about what we initially asked for with airport pick up - not sure what they thought we meant. Rooftop pool is nice but a little small - this was to be expected in Ho Chi Minh city though. The hotel's restaurant is only available for breakfast and lunch, not dinner and the last order for lunch food is at 1.30pm - not a big deal just worth knowing.

The buffet breakfast on offer was excellent, rooms are lovely & clean, great gym & pool area. The staff are we’re always so friendly & welcoming.

The rooms are missing the natural light from having a window that looks outdoors. Can I suggest changing the naming conventions as I thought window no view meant a window facing a building, so I’m able to see the natural light but no view.

Good location (near Ben Tanh market, convenience stores), brand new room, furnishing & bathroom is exceptional. Staff were very helpful during our stay, highly recommended & value for money! The best for me are the sleeping pillows, it’s the first time I requested to purchase the pillows as it is far better than any 5-star chain hotel choices of pillows, unfortunately they’re not for sale.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely - a nice escape from the hectic HCM streets. The staff were friendly & helpful, it was clean & had everything we needed. The pool area is small (only 2 deck chairs & a table & chairs) but clean & the perfect temperature and we mainly had it to ourselves which the kids loved. It’s in a central location with bars & restaurants close by.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so accommodating and kind. We felt so welcomed during our stay. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and shopping districts.

The walls are very thin so we often hear our neighbors talking or moving things around their room. But we were usually so tired after exploring all day that we slept just fine through the noise.
