The breakfast room is vast in size and they had a rnage of both wester and Asian foods on offer. The western breakfast was fairly limited but that's to be expected when travelling. Would definitely not recommend arriving at breakfast after 9am as the options were definitely limited by this point. As our first stop on a bigger tour the windowless room was a godsend as we had uninterrupted sleep, as our body clocks adjusted! The rooms were beautiful. Cocktails fantastic and pool area lovely for cooling off.

Very clean and well maintained rooms Room service is very prompt Well organized staffs. Staffs are very friendly specially to mention ‘QUAN’ at concierge desk is very nice guy and friendly person speak good English and he helped us a a lot every day further ‘DUY Daniel’ at the front office also very nice and helped us always. Excellent A grade massage service. Bit expensive than the outside massage places but worth for the money. Very good breakfast We got 2 free cocktails and sides every day for our 4 nights Free 30 minute foot massage This place is close to (All the Saigon center, Vincome, Ben tnha, Diamond plaza, buivien night street and much more ) all are 10 to 15 minutes walk. Not a very crowed place, but all the shops and essentials are with in the road. **Rooms are excellent and clean so make sure to use it properly or else you will have to pay with is very fair.

Nothing much everything is fine. One tip to others the room we select has no windows it was informed to us before and it’s not a big issue for us, because most of the days we are out. If your a person who wanted a window please request for it. **Rooms are small but everything is provided so don’t expect a BIG room.

Great choice for travelers seeking comfort, excellent amenities, and a prime location in Ho Chi Minh City. We were surprised that the hotel has received some low ratings, as our experience was only positive. We stayed in suite: The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel’s amenities include a spa, swimming pool, and a rooftop bar and restaurant, all accessible via elevator. The breakfast was good as well. The hotel’s location is superb, situated close to major attractions, bars, and restaurants, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the local area. The hotel provided gift vouchers for feet massage, cocktails and 1 set of food for lunch or breakfast.

The hotel provided a bottle of sparkling wine as a present but we didn’t drink it because unfortunately it was sweet. We would recommend to present a dry wine always.

It was a very good stay in general. The Breakfast in itself was a pleasant adventure and the other meal offers for lunch and dinner were very good. The rooftop bars and pool/spar were good. A bit rambling but space is always at a premium in HCMC. We were also very lucky to experience the two female vocalists while we were there. World class. What an act! Reception and door staff are friendly and helpful. I will return and recommend the property to fellow travellers.

The room without windows is part of life in HCMC. The bathroom was very small and the positioning of the toilet roll dispenser requires you to have the skills of a contortionist to use it. Otherwise it was workable.

The hotel is really good and good value for money and generally speaking I can recommend it. The breakfast is outstanding. It has only one problem: The room doors. They are not really soudproof. In the room you could hear every word spoken in the hotel hallway and vice versa. Sometimes you can even hear people in other rooms, This situation is not appropriate for a hotel like this. I stayed here before and it was the same. Hopefully the management will invest some money to fix this problem soon. Nobody wants to be disturbed by people in the hallway!

This hotel was in a great location, staff were great and we loved that it had an outdoor pool. Also included was the 30 minute foot massage which was easy to book and a great way to end a busy day. The rooftop bar and hot tub were loved both by the adults and kids. Breakfast has a large choice and the room were spacious and very clean.

Had to argue with the receptionist, my experience was that she didn’t believe that we had booked with half board, meals twice a day. It appears to be a twist between the hotel and booking.com. Still we got vouchers for one special kind of Combo, even if we suggested to pay more or less, we could only had that one kind. Still we only got one voucher to share. As wrote it was a twist between the hotel and booking.com BUT the rigidity, and for start the impoliteness was very unpleasant.

Loved the roof top jacuzzi & bar area. The whole hotel had a great vibe. Lots of extras included with our booking, including free daily cocktail, breakfasts, foot massage, dinner voucher & spa discounts. Short walk to the market.Breakfast there was great.

Beds were hard. Room was small with no windows, renovations going on in hotel so there were knocking sounds in the room all day every day. We didn’t spend much time inside but it was annoying when trying to relax.
