Clean, comfortable bed. Extremely nice to have a fridge and access to a washing machine in the room, for which I didn't have to pay. Excellent location

The front door lock was a pain and I never managed to open it myself but had to ask for help each time, even though I had the code. The hall and stairs needed a good tidy up and didn't give a good impression

Central location. I appreciate that. Near many convenience stores and restaurants ( especially vegetarian ). I could enjoy Indian food and Malay vegetarian dishes. I could try Vietnamese ones : seafood and pock rice. The room is equipped smart TV ( netflix ) and a 100-inch.

An interesting experience about a tube house, a typical house style in Vietnam. 5m wide and 20m long with 3 floors divided into 1 floor and 2 rooms. The ground floor can be used for business and the upper floors can be rented like an airbnb. Great location near the Independence Palace and Western restaurants. The room has a shared washing machine and dryer. Even though you have to pay, it's very convenient to stay long date, especially in Sai Gon Weather. The shower has a temperature display.

Quiet, not noisy at night. Large bed covered in green velvet. The room is spacious. I can sleep up to 12 o'clock without anyone disturbing me Next to the hotel is a famous pan bread restaurant that has been famous for 30 years. I tried it for about 2 USD and it was delicious and suitable for my taste. If you have the soul to eat then stay here

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is 800 meters (10 minute walk) to Bui Vien Walking Street and Ben Nghe Street Market, right in the middle of both. The room is very comfortable with a good bed, air conditioner, and hot shower. There is a mini fridge to keep drinks cold which is handy. Very good value for your money. and recommend for those on a budget.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Wifi 6 fast speed. I'm an online English teacher, so it met my needs. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The owner was friendly and considerate, lending me kitchen utensils. Overall very comfortable staying here.

The staff is friendly. This property is worthy in expensive living-cost like Ho Chi Minh city. My room is comfortable and i could easily to get convenient store. They have a small washing machine so that's why i have to extend one more night.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The friendly host showed us how to get drinking water at the water filter. The hotel has self-service laundry and drying service for 70,000 VND The room is spacious and quiet at night, we are not disturbed by outside noises.

Location was great walking distance to markets and other points of interest we wanted to see. 150 VND taxi fare to airport.

Bedding was inadequate for such a large bed. Kettle but no cups for making tea had our own tea bags. Host provided cups when we asked. Stairs were a little difficult with backpacks but we managed.
