We really loved the Vilion Hotel. Every time when we came back to the hotel, it felt like home. And we were thankful for the quiet nights. The rooms, Lobby and Spa area are clean, comfy and everything is made and decorated with love. The beds were comfortable and Spa service was great. Victoria and her team let us feel like a part of their own family, but always with respect and privacy. Also Victoria helped us with all our plans (trips, cooking class, rent a motorbike and so on) always for a very good price 👌🏻 and after only two days at her home and hotel we know that we will come back in the future. “Some people you meet on your way become friends, because there is a good chemistry between them.” Thank you very much Victoria 🌷 you made our trip to Vietnam so much precious 🙏🏻. I love all of staffs , they're extremely nice, helpful , I had some problems with my trip , but the reception helped me a lot . They kept my suitcases when I had 2 days trip at Phu Quoc Island without any charges , I appriciate it . Lovely staff , lovely room . Location is super good . I will come back next year.

The place is beautiful, Ms. Vy is the nicest hostess, always ready to help you with whatever you might need. She was always worried with my well-being as I arrived to her hotel feeling very tired and she made sure I was always well-rested. Spa is great and professional, it help us relax. Definitely recommend staying at Vilion Hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Vilion Central Hotel & Spa. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. The spa treatments were top-notch. I would highly recommend The Vilion Central Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

The property was in great location, next to everything you need. Hotel organised a tours for us at a good price. They have a spa and offer lovely treatments. Staff were so friendly they carried our bags up to our room. Hotel smelt lovely.

Rooms aren’t as modern and could do with a little touch up but they are fine.

Vy was very kind and a perfect staff. She made sure we’re comfortable and even let us stay a bit longer before checking out with no extra charge. She’s sweet and the hotel was cute and quiet, something we prefer. It’s about 15 mins away from the airport but we don’t really mind as Vy is very nice and easy to talk to. Great location, close to a lot of wonderful food options, Markets and other attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Internet speed is good for those needing to also do some work while traveling. (5G offering 80mps+) Would definitely recommend.

the location is absolutely perfect and the staff are wonderful! so happy, smiley and attentive! a/c worked very well in our hot room. hot water in the showers no issues. we had a bath which is rare!! but quite small. free toiletries which were actually pretty decent as far as hotel toiletries go! we also had a fridge which came in handy.

the building is old but comfortable. our room could have done with some new bedding and this would have made a big difference. it was all clean however felt a little worn out and in need of some fresh pillows and a new mattress! easy fixes and did not effect how we felt about our overall stay.

Big spacious rooms, clean showers, great central location - great value for money honestly! The staff were really nice and accommodating, the receptionist helped me with finding a good exchange and good restaurants around the hotel

The staff Vy was very kind and helpful. She was more like a friend going above and beyond to help us. After spending the entire day in airport it is a perfect place to relax

The location is a bit far from airport. However, you get easy taxi on the property, so that is not a problem
