1. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of Q1. 2. The apartment I booked has a great size and super clean and bright. 3. Most of the staff are helpful, two of them managed to help me with my heavy luggage, specifically there is no lift from level 8 to level 10. 4. The price is a great deal comparing to the room value.

1. The lobby and the lift are not clean. 2. There is no lift to the apartment (level 10), the lift only goes to level 8 while the stairs up to level 10 is exceptionally challenging from level 9 -level 10 (dark, tiny and hardly up). 3. The male staff at the time I needed to call for the taxi to the airport just spending a huge time (>20 mins) to guide two other guests how to drive a motorbike (which could do later since the motorbike would not run away) while ignoring my request about the taxi to the airport (I was almost late for my flight). After all, guiding the guests driving is not the duty of the receptionist, but calling the taxi is.

The Best Location for Muslim Traveller to get Halal Food as Halal food is so difficult in Vietnam generally. this is my second stay in Sazi Hotel Ben Thanh. The staff named Hat was very helpful from the time I check in and thru out the stay till our Check out. he has been helping with no water heater, no Aircon matter in a split second. We even called him for housekeeping matter and he managed to get all done before we return from our tour. he has made our stay a pleasant one.

The elevator can only accomodate 2pax and we travelled with 12pax. Wasting alot of time in waiting for elevator. And lobby is too small with little seats due to half occupied by massage area.

The room was very big and spacious, with a kitchenette, free standing bath and big shower, the bed was also very comfortable. Aircon worked great there was 2 one in main living and one in the bedroom, There was something that had wear and tear but overall clean, right at the lobby they have massage parlor, and the girls were really good. Best of all is the location so close to everything, we walked to the main party area took about 10-15 minutes and also Ben thanh market is like 150m down the road.

The room was on the top most floor which would of been absolutely no issues if the lift went up to the 10th floor,.but it only goes to 8 then you have some super super Streep and narrow stairs to climb to get to the room, and we were offered no help with our luggage, my partner was wrecked getting it all up there and I wouldn't of been able to do that myself.

I had an excellent stay at Sazi Ben Thanh Hotel! I booked a spacious room with an amazing bathtub, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. However, do note that this room is located on Level 10, and since the lift only goes up to Level 8, guests need to use a narrow staircase to reach it. This might not be ideal for elderly guests but is perfect for young couples looking for a cozy and private stay. I also booked another room for my parents, and they were very comfortable throughout our stay. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its prime location—just a 3-minute walk to the famous Ben Thanh Market. It’s incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing, and there are plenty of halal food options right outside, which was a huge plus! A special thanks to Hat, a staff member who provided outstanding service. He was warm, welcoming, and fluent in English, making communication effortless. His assistance truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Sazi Ben Thanh Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and guest-friendly stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfy bed, have lift

The room i booked was not available the monent i checked in, she said there’s no booking, but the app already deduct my card and sent me booking confirmation. Took almost 1 hr to settle and they give me a room which i can get with cheaper price!

It was a great location so close to everything. The rooms are affordable, clean and the beds are comfy. David in reception was amazing , friendly and very helpful . Helped booked our taxi to the airport as well. Speedy responses to every message. And plenty of halal food options in the same street as well.

I was on the 10th floor and the last 2 floors are stairs as the elevator only goes to level 8 at the moment.. The last staircase was a bit steep.

Stayed for one night at Sazi Hotel Ben Tanh with a group of friends. The room was quiet small but then it was to be expected. What's important was, it was clean. We were greeted by a very helpful and cheerful staff. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to shopping and halal food. It was about a 100 meters to Ben Tanh Market and row of halal restaurants were right in front of the hotel.

The lift could only accommodate 2 - 3 people with two luggage at one time

Good location. Only short walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. A lots of Halal restaurant for Muslim tourist to choose along the street.

First time staying in Vietnam and chose Sazi hotel due to price and location. We stayed in the standard double room (no windows) and was pleasantly surprised! The room itself is pretty clean along with the bathroom. However just note that your room doesn't get cleaned during your stay and if you run out of supplies you just need to go down to the lobby to ask for items which they bring to your room. We ended up getting upgraded to the deluxe room on a higher floor which we were unsure of why however it was a really nice room, very spacious and clean. The only thing is, the elevator in the hotel only goes to the 8th floor so if you are put on a higher floor than that, you will need to go up stairs so if you have accessibility needs, please keep this in mind! In terms of location, it is very near the popular tourist destination Ben Tanh Market about 5 mins walking distance and other popular tourists destinations are very walkable.However, we did end up having to take grabs to further away locations. The hotel itself is very unassuming from the outside but overall, we had a good experience at this hotel and would feel good about recommending to others!

The room doesn't get cleaned for the duration of your stay but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. There is also no elevator if you are staying on a very high floor.

Everything good. The reception person was great name is Hat. He helped me alot throughout my stay in Sazi Hotel.

Everything great except the Last night of our stay, the water all of a sudden stop when bathing no water at 4am in the morning. I on the tap also no water came out only have sounds. Bidet also no water came out.
