We had a fanstatic stay in HCMC with your hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel, great location. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor was great too. All the staff were friendly and polite, especially the front office. Highly recommended and I will definitely return!

+ Located right next to Ben Thanh market and the train station. Ha Tam money changer right outside. A buzzy location while still walking distance to Tao Dan Park where you can relax and watch locals do morning tai chi and dancing. + Excellent view of the city from the restaurant. + Impressive range and quality of food and drink at breakfast and afternoon tea. At breakfast they do cook-to-order dishes like seafood flat rice noodles as well as the buffet. Do try the dumpling bao and waffles at afternoon tea! + Very friendly staff.

- Rooms are not soundproof. Could hear noises from the neighbouring rooms and outside of the rooms. - The rooms feel a bit cheap and perfunctory in the way they are fitted out. - The toilets upstairs near the restaurant are a bit open - as you walk in, you can see men use the urinal.

Our clean and comfortable rooms were a decent size for a couple and toddler cot to fit into. The hotel reception area and top floor dining spaces are beautifully designed. Staff were polite and friendly. Good breakfast selection too (we just paid for it a couple of times for ease with a kid but it's easy to find cheap delicious noodle places nearby for brekkie)

The pool area is smaller than it suggests in the photos but was still nice. Only once did it run out of space by the pool for a lounger but there's more loungers up another small flight of steps away from the pool. Not really a suitable pool for a toddler to splash around if you're travelling with young kids. Our bathroom (esp bath tub) was starting to get a bit worse for wear.

The hotel is so beautifully designed, the decor and interior design is really creative and unique, from the lobby to room to the restaurant/bar. Looks exactly like the pictures. The room may not be very big but it was extremely cozy. It was clean and the facilities were top notch as well. Had everything you need. Loved that the tub and shower was a separate room on its own so it doesnt get the rest of the room/toilet wet. The coffee from the cafe was also sooo good, had one every day. Didnt try breakfast but had afternoon tea at the restaurant, and there was a violinist playing, the atmosphere was spectacular.

The pool area was abit small but not a big deal for us. Also housekeeping comes knocking around 10am everyday to clean the room, so if you want to sleep in till late, do take note. But you can always tell them to come back later.

We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2025 and really enjoyed the location – it’s perfect for exploring Saigon, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. When it got too hot, $2 Grabs were easy to find. The staff were outstanding – friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The building itself is also beautifully designed and visually impressive.

We stayed on level 7 and unfortunately found the soundproofing lacking – we could hear noise from the corridor, including late-night guests and early-morning staff. While earplugs helped, it wasn’t as peaceful as we’d hoped. Our room only had a small window, making it quite dark during the day, and the curtains didn’t block out the light at night due to a bright external light just outside. As a result, sleep quality was poor throughout our stay. Despite these issues, the rest of the hotel experience was very good.

The swimming pool is very nice. I love it so much.

The rooftop restaurant and pool area… very unique design. Property was close to the centre, and also to other sites such as Independence Palace, Central Post office, and Bui Vien party street. My internal room didn’t have a window but I liked it, nicely designed and comfortable, and quiet. Staff were lovely.

Lifts were a bit small and slow, but not really a problem for me. The street outside has a small footpath but with so many motorbikes parked on it and street vendors, I often had to walk along the busy road in parts till I got to better streets to walk along. Not a huge issue, just need to be careful. Maybe not a good idea with small kids. Final thing… first night arrived they were vacuuming late at night and the system in the basement was making a loud noise up the stairwell which I could hear in my room. They told me it would stop at 10pm but it went after midnight. I didn’t hear it again the rest of my stay, but this is not ideal when people need to sleep.

Stylishly quirky hotel in the heart of the busy Ben Thanh district of Saigon.  The lobby looks like something from Tatooine and the restaurant from the Cantina in Star Wars (the decor, not the clientele).  The rooms are more straightforward: spacious, quiet and smart with well equipped bathrooms and comfortable beds.  We had a family room on the eighth floor. The room rate includes an extensive afternoon tea buffet in the twelfth floor restaurant (great city views), plus access to the rooftop pool and sauna/steam room.  Nancy and all of rest of the hotel staff were attentive and charming, with really helpful suggestions for enhancing our stay.  The prime location is within walking distance of lots of the major sites, including the Bitexco Tower Skydeck for aerial views of the city, Independence Palace, Ho Chi Minh City and War Remnants museums, Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theatre, hindu temples, and the pedestrianised Nguyen Hue area with its Uncle Ho statue.  The Ben Thanh Market is on the doorstep, and the swish new metro station is a few steps away. There are also great restaurants nearby (we ate at Pandan Leaf, Bep Me In, Banh Me In - all with vegetarian options) and plenty of coffee shops for breakfast (Tonkin, for example) if you don't want to eat at the hotel. We booked a tour with Handspan to the Cu Chi Tunnels, 90 minutes north of the city - an excellent and sobering experience.  Short Grab rides took us to the Saigon Cao Dai Temple and the Jade Emperor Pagoda.  The new metro underground system is fun to ride, although there's one line at present.

There was nothing to dislike!

Extremely chic boutique hotel with a very welcoming and beautiful lobby nestled in a superb location - Ben Thanh. Convenience store right next to the hotel, and just 1 min away from the famous Ben Thanh Market with many amazing restaurants and spas around the streets. Rooms were clean and simple with functional amenities, and were made daily fuss free! Afternoon tea at the rooftop restaurant was brilliant and there are shower facilities for use even after you check out! Staff were excellent and extremely helpful, special mention to Huy and Nikita for assisting with our special bday requests!

Silverland Yen Hotel was a peaceful and stylish escape in the heart of the city. We loved the minimalist design and relaxing atmosphere, which made it feel like a true retreat from the busy streets of Saigon. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff didn’t make us wait. They quickly found a room for us and even invited us to enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee at the restaurant while we waited. On the day of departure, they kindly gave us a late checkout for free, just as we had requested. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. We also made use of the sauna every day, which added a relaxing touch to our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great design, and top service in the city.

The room size was a bit smaller than expected.
