We had a fanstatic stay in HCMC with your hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel, great location. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor was great too. All the staff were friendly and polite, especially the front office. Highly recommended and I will definitely return!

The swimming pool is very nice. I love it so much.

+ Located right next to Ben Thanh market and the train station. Ha Tam money changer right outside. A buzzy location while still walking distance to Tao Dan Park where you can relax and watch locals do morning tai chi and dancing. + Excellent view of the city from the restaurant. + Impressive range and quality of food and drink at breakfast and afternoon tea. At breakfast they do cook-to-order dishes like seafood flat rice noodles as well as the buffet. Do try the dumpling bao and waffles at afternoon tea! + Very friendly staff.

- Rooms are not soundproof. Could hear noises from the neighbouring rooms and outside of the rooms. - The rooms feel a bit cheap and perfunctory in the way they are fitted out. - The toilets upstairs near the restaurant are a bit open - as you walk in, you can see men use the urinal.

The hotel is so beautifully designed, the decor and interior design is really creative and unique, from the lobby to room to the restaurant/bar. Looks exactly like the pictures. The room may not be very big but it was extremely cozy. It was clean and the facilities were top notch as well. Had everything you need. Loved that the tub and shower was a separate room on its own so it doesnt get the rest of the room/toilet wet. The coffee from the cafe was also sooo good, had one every day. Didnt try breakfast but had afternoon tea at the restaurant, and there was a violinist playing, the atmosphere was spectacular.

The pool area was abit small but not a big deal for us. Also housekeeping comes knocking around 10am everyday to clean the room, so if you want to sleep in till late, do take note. But you can always tell them to come back later.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! From the very first moment to the last, the staff was incredibly kind, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. A highlight of my stay was the 12th-floor restaurant and the pool/spa area—absolute perfection after a long day of exploring the city. The bar’s cocktails? They are simply fantastic, I highly recommend them! What truly makes this hotel stand out is its unbeatable location. Nestled near the vibrant Ben Thanh Market, it serves as the perfect starting point to discover the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. I’d return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you!

Everything was great! :) I don’t hold it against the hotel, but the room wasn’t particularly spacious. Two adult men with suitcases found it a bit of a squeeze. That said, we knew what to expect and made the choice ourselves, so I can’t fault the hotel for it.

everything was so perfect! all the staff where so attentive. In particular, Hannah, who went out of her way to ensure that our stay was amazing! we are discerning travellers and this place was really nice… really felt like your outside of the city… yet right in the middle of it!!

Location and breakfast is good.

We stayed 3 nights. There is no sound isolation so we woke up the first day with a kid screaming in the hall. The last night, the next door had a party in the room at 1 am. So, it’s very noisy and could not sleep here.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel special. We were brought a wonderful welcome tray and Jonny (I think) took us through every detail and showed us the room. He also made sure we got coffee and breakfast to take away when we had a very early check out. The whole hotel was beautifully designed and our room was really special. The view from the rooftop pool must be one of the best in the city.

The soundproofing isn’t great; we could hear a lots of noise early evening, with someone shouting. However when I rang the front desk they came up immediately, and there was no noise at all from then on.

We liked the design concept of the whole hotel, making it instragramable at every spot. The service from the staff is also on point as they are very attentive to all guests. The room is comfortable during our 2-night stay. The hotel is located at the center point and close to many attractions. Many places are reachable within 1km walking distance.

The breakfast and afternoon tea food options are very limited, we would prefer to have more Western options. The sauna and steambath area are not private enough as other guests may see through the area while going to the washrooms. We would suggest the hotel install a door enclosing the area and allocate a time-limit session for all guests to use the facilities without compromising others' privacy.

Making it memorable! 1) for brother's wedding - he was presented with a bottle of wine. He & wife were travelling with us. Also, was offered 2) a food & beverage voucher & 3) complimentary upgrade due to inconvenience caused on one night. Noting that we had very early morning departure to Hanoi airport - 4) we were given breakfast boxes & 5) complimentary airport shuttle when we check-out at 4am with 8 pcs of luggage as there were 5 of us. Special thanks & heartfelt appreciation to Ms Le Thanh Thu (Asst Guest Experience Manager) who attended to our feedback with priority & had done exceptionally well to address our needs during stay, making sure of our comfort & delighting us! :-)

Bathroom becomes wet due to leakage from bathtub. Noise from some maintenance work after midnight on one night affected rest & sleep.
