Late check out possible until 12:00. Room with window in the top 7th floor triple room. Cleaned whenever asked - always put water in the room. The outside was loud, but it didn’t bother us.

Upon check in they sent us from Song Anh 3 hotel to Song Anh 1 hotel as they didn’t have room for us due to a “system problem”. Could have warned us before, but the replacement hotel was good.

I like anything about this hotel from the staff and the facilities, keep it up, but about the noise at the construction next to the hotel, it can't be done until the shop beside is done. but the noise just for a while, overall everything was okay. will repeat to sleep here

The location is super great,near the market .Could walk everywhere from the hotel.Great hospitality and very helpful staff .A big thanks to Vee at the reception for being so helpful each time I need help and things.Perfect for stay .

The location is near Ben Tanh Market and Malaysian Street easy to find halal food. The room is spacious and the reception is kind enough to keep out luggage after check out for free while waiting for our bua to Dalat

The building is quite old and the bathroom could be improved.

I was introduced to this hotel by a friend. Although it's not too new, the room is quite spacious and the staff here are also enthusiastic. In particular, the accommodation is also quite close to the center so it is very convenient for me to move and go on business trips. The price is also reasonable.

Near to hotspot areas (Malaysia street/Ben Thant Market/Halal Food/Saigon Square just bout 7mins walk)

Water pressure a bit frustrating (prolly coz we stay at highest level), unable to lock bathroom door, tv channel only 1 available, wifi are ok but I think they close it at midnight so you better just go to sleep than scrolling your phone

I booked a room without a window and was not very satisfied, but during my stay here, the service quality was excellent. The room is quite large and fully equipped with amenities, the bed is soft, the receptionist and room staff are very enthusiastic, always happy and helping me with my questions.

A great location to stay, located right in the center so it's easy to shop, visit and eat. The staff here are also helpful, always supporting my family when needed, even buying medicine when our baby has a cough. Although the room is not very new, I appreciate the quality. 10 points for the hotel!

Good location a short walk to shops and restaurants. Helpful reception staff who helped with booking tour to Chu Chi Tunnels and doing our laundry. Large spacious room.

Rooms are not soundproof so could hear people in the corridor at night which woke us up early in the morning.
