Spacious room even for three persons staying. What are provided in the room : Bottled drinking water provided daily, instant coffee sachets, electric jug, slippers, toileteries, 2 pillows for each person, mini bar with chargeable drinks, wifi connectivity was ok, aircond in the room was great. Nearby are money changers, tour operators and HSBC Atm machine. Close to the Bui Vien walking street where you can enjoy all the nite life have to offer. The nearest convenient store is just down the hotel which is Family mart and not far there are also 7-11 and Circle K. The restaurants are all over the place so you have a lot of options when it comes to food. It is also easy to book Grab here if you need transportation but do take note there is also one hotel with a similar name , so remember to type the correct name ( Saigonciti Hotel A ) . Overall this hotel is value for money and recommended if you like the vibrant night life scene.

Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday, not bad but hope they can improve the menu. Breakfast room is not so big, it might get crowded if you're unlucky .

Lovely staff & great location. The room didn't have a window view of anything other than the walkway & the buildings across the street. That's what it is, though: a hotel in the middle of District 1. Great breakfast too! We really enjoyed our short stay.

Only bad thing if I'm being picky, the loud AC unit!

Wonderful hotel In the middle of Ho Chi Minh. We only stayed for one night, but would have definitely extended o ur stay if we could spend more days in HCM. The room was very spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was one of the nicest we have seen on our trip so far, with lots of space and a rain shower. The staff was friendly and they were careful with our bags when we left them at reception before checking in. The breakfast was nice too, we came in a bit late so some options were finished but that was more our mistake ;)

The room did not have a window (only a window to the hallway)

This hotel is good value for money, close to everything and quiet. The staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly. The security man (Hao) always greets with a smile and is always willing to help, he is an asset to this hotel.

Breakfast in the level 1 restaurant had a good selection of buffet choices or cooked eggs on demand.

The only slight annoyance was the bathroom light in our room couldn't be turned off, and with a completely glass wall separating it from our room it lit the room up like a floodlight. To be fair to the hotel we didn't get around to raising it with the staff.

Very convenient location, right next to food, massages and bui bien street. Clean rooms decorated very well. It is great value. Breakfast is also great with a lot of options and many vegetarian options as well. The beds are soft and comfy.

We had requested for a room with a good view but we got a room where we could only see the next hotel if the curtains are opened. We were on the 3rd floor.

Staff Good. Hotel starting to show it's age a bit, Good location for central Saigon. Pick up from the airport was good seeing it was late at night and our flight delayed by 45 minutes.

Breakfast was just so so compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Saigon

SaigonCiti is a very comfortable hotel situated at the very heart of the tourist district and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. The room I booked was large and well furnished with a view over the park, and the hotel breakfast had a wide selection of tasty Western and Vietnamese options.
