We had a wonderful stay at iPeace Hotel during our trip to Vietnam. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, close to Ben Thanh Market, Central Market, and surrounded by restaurants, salons, and tour offices. Grab taxis can easily pick you up at the entrance, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, great for 5 people. I traveled with family together with my mom and dad who are seniors, and the staff treated them with so much care and respect, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you want comfort, accessibility, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

It is located on a lively hem (laneway), however it quiet at night to enable a peaceful night's rest. The room was large with a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable and firm (but not hard like many beds in Vietnam). There was good water pressure with responsive hot and cold water. The air-conditioner wasn't located over the bed, which was great. The staff were friendly, efficient and always helpful.

Please include some tea and coffee.

We were relocated to the sister hotel 100 meters away. As I understood it's a common practice as both hotels belong to the same person (as I was told). I liked the alternative building even more. Great location. Balcony facing the temple and noisy dide street - 24 hour life, exactly what you need in place like Saigon. You come here for vibrant life.

The location is amazing very near walking street however it's still nice and quiet at night and within 20/30min walk to most other attractions. The air-conditioned rooms were fantastic, there is a lift up to all floors and the staff were lovely despite not speaking much English. It's located in a busy street where you can get everything, snacks, food, juice, shopping, and an indoor market just across the street!

The property was nice and clean. The room was very small but we only stayed a couple nights so was okay but any longer wouldn’t be convenient. Location was very good close to district 1 and walking distance from good bars, restaurants and shops.

The rooms next to us were extremely loud every night and sometimes 2/3am waking us up. This isn’t the hotels fault but everything is small so can hear people very easily.

Our room was on the top floor with a large window with city view. The room was clean, of a decent size, have nice dark timber furniture and includes all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Bathroom is quite fresh and new, with decent towels and a good size walk-in shower. The young lady at the reception was lovely and helpful.

-The bed was a bit hard. -Reception area can be smarter, maybe re-decorate to make the hotel more stylish.

Location. Easy access to eateries, cafes, bars and also underground shopping (Central Market Peoples Park). Situated in an alley off the mainroad, it is very quiet and affords good night sleep. Staff. Exceptional. Easy check in check out and super helpful. Booked 2 rooms a Triple Suite 8th floor and a double deluxe. One room was upgraded to a Family room with 2 double beds on the 8th Floor. However was disappointed that the double deluxe room which was supposedly on 9 or 10th floor was "downgraded" to a small triple room on the 5th Floor. The higher floors apparently houses premium and more expensive rooms. Security. Feels safe walking around at night or early morning. Great value for money apart from my slight disappointment over the above.

One room was a "downgrade" in terms of size. Tried communicating the following but gave up after a while. Amenities are basic. No hand soap or tissue box provided. Housekeeping do not clean daily but will do so on request. TV channel not much choice. Only have ceiling lights and two of that shine directly onto the beds. This is disturbing especially when one is sleeping while other guests are up and about doing stuff.

- The staff is nice, specially Helen, she spoke a good English. other members of the staff had limited English skills - Good water pressure - Comfy bed - Quiet at night, no noise from the walking street

- The bathroom “window” was opening only 4 cm and was stuck by a brick wall / little ventilation in the bathroom - The room was clean only 1 time during my 4 nights stay - Smoke smell coming in the room although I am not smoking (maybe someone was smoking in the nearby room/stairs) - Loud noise on the staircase during a morning - Rusty chair in the room - Overpriced laundry rates (40k per kg)

Room was clean, really well located. The staff were super helpful and quick all the time we had any issues. Room was a typical size for Vietnam hotels and had a private bathroom. It also has an elevator which was great because our bags were really heavy. They left us water in our room every day. They have laundry facilities and they an do airport shuttle if you need it. We would definitely stay again if we were to visit HCM City!

The water for the shower was not very hot. We asked about it and they sent someone up to look. At the time he came up the water was very hot but after that is was just warm. I'd say it was very hit and miss. Also I was completely unable to use the WiFi of either my phone and laptop and when it did work it was very slow and would drop out.

Room was clean and comfy. Even it is located in the middle of chaos, - it is very quiet in the room because of higher floor. The staff cares about parked motorbikes, but there is secured parking nearby, so I prefer using that.
