The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. However, the furniture was a little dated. The WiFi worked well, and the restaurant downstairs had great food. The location is well situated near restaurants, pubs, and nightlife. Surprisingly, the room was quiet, and I had a good sleep here. For the price, this is a well situated, clean, comfortable hotel. It's worth a stay!

There is no lift, and we were on the third floor. It's not a deal breaker, but just make sure you have everything you need before heading out.

The staffs are very polite and helpful. Good location. Cheap and breakfast included, breakfast are tasty and not bad option. There is no elevator, if you have big luggage the staff might help you to carry up, but you have to carry it down by yourself for checkout.

- I prefer to have at least a mirror in the bed room (there are 2 mirrors in the washroom, I dont understand) - AC is noisy, and temperature is not adjustable from the remote. - Hotel entrance is a restaurant, quite old building. - Bed and bathroom are clean, however other furniture like the bamboo chairs and behind the bed are dirty. - stayed for 2 nights, only first night got hot water shower.

The host (Zinny) was the most hospitable and welcoming. As soon as I arrived, she offered me a glass of iced coffee with milk, which was amazing. The breakfast options were different every day. The mattress was supremely comfortable. The staff knew me after the first day and they had no need to check my room number with me every time. A 7 Eleven store is just 1 minute away from the place, along with lots of food options and tour agencies. They accepted credit/debit card for payment.

It is quite touristy just outside of the hostel. The noise isolation is not very good, and a family with small kids was staying in the room across mine. I could hear all the crying whenever I was in the room. The wardrobe was pretty worn out. The AC took a long time to cool the room. No curtain in the shower.

I like how the room is clean. clean towels and they change them and clean the room everyday. the workers are more friendly and smiley. good breakfast and you have variety to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely choose Na Nue Hotel anytime I am coming to HCMC.

I couldn't use the tv in my room and my kids were not happy. also what I didn't like was the bin in the washroom, always I have to use my hand to open the bin before I can put trash in and this irritated me. I should have asked them to come and attend to those issues but I was very busy with why I was in HCMC so no hard feelings.

The breakfast was a small buffet with good variety including vegetarian options. The ingredients both at the buffet and hotel restaurant fresh and good quality. The restaurant was usually fully with satisfied customers. There was incredible variety in their menu reanging from traditional vietnamese dishes, hot pot, burger & fries to crocodille and seafood. Therooms were small but they were clean.

Next time, I'll ask for a lower floor- lots of stairs to get to my room.

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. It was walking distance to all the tourist locations so it was very convenient for us as there was no need to commute or book a Grab. The bed was also very spacious and the airconditioner worked well. The water pressure was good. We also had a hearty breakfast every morning. Our flight was late in the evening and they allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby while we strolled the city one more time after check out time.

At night sometimes we could hear the other guests when they talked in the hallways.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable very good beds. Hot shower every day and toiletries. The air conditioning was superb kept the room cool when the temperatures were really high outside. We had a balcony which looked down into the street really quaint to watch the world go by. The complimentary breakfast was tasty nice pancakes or omelettes with a choice of drinks. Good value for money and the location is right in the heart of things. Quiet at night situated down a lovely little alley. Close to 'walking street' but you will not be disturbed.

Nothing. The furniture is a little old i.e.wardrobe etc but still a good place to stay.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to multiple attractions if you are willing to walk 30-40mins which was totally fine with us. For those days that we are too lazy to walk, booking a Grab car was easy and convenient. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores surrounds the place but there was no noise that can be heard in the room at all. Breakfast was chefs kiss and the hotel staff are all very helpful and accommodating.

No lift but this is hardly an issue unless you brought large and heavy luggage with you.

This was a great location and incredibly reasonable price. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good and made life easier for us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for people looking for good accommodations at a reasonable price.

If I'm being picky, the room felt a little small... but we spent most of our time out adventuring

Location is great if you are into night life and shopping.It is close to every thing. Food/Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very friendly,accommodating,approachable and helpful. You get 10% off when you dine in their resto.

Just the stairs but I already knew that the hotel doesn't have elevator. Still a great place to stay.
