Staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s always someone at the door that will open the door for you and help you with your luggage. Since there is no elevator on the lobby, there are staff that will help assist you with your luggages. Breakfast is decent and they have a buffet but moved it to the newer hotel, but still offer breakfast options downstairs. I made a new friend with the worker there! She’s so lovely and friendly and told me about the places to visit and eat! The hotel is next to the clubbing party area and fairly close to a lot of attractions and nice restaurants! Well definitely be coming back here again ☺️

Nothing to fault

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to amazing restaurants as well as being close to walking street. The day time security guard was super friendly and smiley as well as the reception staff who were always happy to help. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a massive shower which was a bonus.

The breakfast!!! We were super excited that it was included but it only went on till 9:30? We arrived at breakfast at 9am on the first day to find there was nothing there we couldn’t even fill a whole cup of juice. The next two days we didn’t even manage the breakfast as the tours we booked clashed with the times.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We were on the 7th or 8th floor (top floor), and the view from up there was amazing. I had booked a room for 3 people, and it came with one double bed and one single bed — perfect for us. The washroom was also excellent, with all the necessary amenities provided. The only slightly awkward part was that the elevator starts from the 1st floor, so we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to it. However, the staff was kind and helpful — they assisted us with our luggage, which made it manageable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Our stay was for 2 days. We arrived around 4:30–5:00 PM on the first day and found our room all set and ready. On the second day, however, we noticed a small frog that jumped and hid behind the fridge and wardrobe area. We informed the staff before heading out in the afternoon. We’re not sure if it was removed, but we didn’t see it again. The location is fantastic — right on the main road with plenty of restaurants, spas, and coffee shops nearby. Plus, Bui Vien Walking Street is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel! If you’re planning to stay in Saigon City, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s one of the best!

Saigonciti Hotel was a good location for my solo travel because it allowed me to navigate HCMC easier. The staff were all accommodating and helpful, both the hotel and breakfast buffet staff. They would clean your room if you asked them to. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller like me; the bathroom was also clean. Contrary to what others' mentioned here, I didn't find any noise that bothered me. Elevator worked well, too.

Spacious, clean and affordable room! The hotel staffs are all very nice, they are so polite, speak in English and they'll attend to everything that you need. Location is good and it's near to almost everything, you can just walk going to Ben Thanh Market, Central Market, Nguyen Hue Walking street and some other spots too! Convenience and food stores are just outside of the hotel and Oh yes Bui Vien Walking Street is just a few steps away so you have a lot of choices from foods, drinks and even a place to party! I recommend this hotel especially to those who love to tour, shop, drink, party and have a good time!

first time to vietnam and i find this city so vibrant. Hotel is located close to good food place and also a "grab" away to major sight seeing and good malls. Breakfast has enough choices with more emphasis on Local meals. We stayed 8 nights with families and never find the breakfast a bore.

Location was excellent. No noise at all from outisde the hotel Very quiet.

No lift from reception to any floors you have to walk up the stairs to the lift. I could manage ok with my 23kg suitcase but people with any difficulty walking up stairs should find alternative accommodation.

For senior citizens & with health issues it should be mandatory conditions put up by Booking.Com that room reserved for seniors must have proper window and on higher floor. It’s health benefit to them.

I can check in early but my room not ready so I wait 15 minutes. go up one floor and then you can take the elevator to the 5th floor. My room has no windows. there are sounds of people working to build a house.

We loved everything, the host, bed, room, location!!! There isn't anything we could fault about this, maybe that we didnt get much time here, I would highly recommened staying here if you are in the area!
