It was my second time to stay at this hotel. This time I brought my sisters and nieces and nephews. The cost is really value for money considering that they have great location and they have an elevator which was a huge plus for us who had huge bags.

The toilet did not have an exhaust and it was open to the entire room (there was just a glass divider). There was also no division between the toilet and the shower so it gets messy.

The staff were kind and accommodating. The location was quiet as the hotel is situated down an alleyway.

I booked a twin room, as displayed on Booking.com, but upon arrival my friend and I were shown a 'tiny' room with two bunk beds. We were shocked. This was not what was presented on the Booking.com site at the time of making the reservation. There was nothing else available, so we had to take it. We spent an uncomfortable night as the mattresses were very thin and hard, and the lower bunk was very close to the ground. Having recently had two hip replacements this was very difficult for me. In fairness the staff were very apologetic, and we were able to change rooms for the second night to a twin bedroom, but I did have to pay more.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Tried their breakfast which was simple and filling. Room was on the 4th floor which was easily reachable using the lift. Complimentary water bottles were provided. AC and cold/hot shower worked fine. Towels were provided. there was charging points to charge tech devices. The hotel was certainly value for money. The location was ideal as several tourist attractions were short walks distance away. Overall great experience and would certainly come back.

Whilst the room was small, it had all the things one needed to get a good nights sleep. Ideal for solo travellers.

The location was great, walking distance to several important locations (Ben than Market, Saigon Opera House, Shopping) as well as the walking street. We got an upgrade the first night and had a large room with two beds. Staff was super sweet and laundry was very easy.

The standard rooms are quite small if you’re traveling with loads of luggage. The bed was comfortable but the blanket was super tiny. We requested a second one and got it without any problems. Breakfast is quite simple, fried eggs and bread. So just beware.

As a family of 5, it is not easy to find affordable accommodation where everyone has their own bed, so we were delighted to find a room with 3x double beds. The size of the room was large enough for the 5 of us without being too cramped and it was close to the park that we like near the Ben Than market. It was good value for money and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel itself was fine, but the one big negative is the fact that it is right by Walking Street which is utterly horrendous. I have been to Saigon 6 or 7 times now and have always stayed in District 1 but I was shocked at how seedy Walking Street was. We had to walk through there to get to the hotel with our kids one night and it was grotty and sad. Such a shame that one of my favourite cities has turned into a mini Pattaya.

Extremely responsive on booking .com messages whenever I asked a question. The location is very convenient. I walked to the war museum, independence palace, post office, Notre Dame Church and Binh Tay market. And the hotel is just around the corner of Bui Vien Street. The famous nightlife street. Night life is pretty good there. Very clean rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was okay and wifi was good.

Stayed 2 nights with them. I booked a single room, if you’re a well built single traveler, the room space might not be enough. A double bed room would do. Good value for money.

It was okay for a couple of nights. unfortunately the bed sheets when I arrived were not clean but the situation was solved immediately. They offer laundry service.

I didn’t like that they ask you to leave your passport with them until check out (I didn’t, as they have no right to do it)

The location is convenient for easy access to food, sightseeing and shopping (Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Central Post Office etc). The hotel is not too spacious but comfortable for an overnight stay for a family of 3. The staff and housekeeping are friendly.

The warm water shower could be improved (not warm enough and lower output compared to cold water). Otherwise, all good.

The hotel is in a great area from where you can do almost everything by foot. Nice restaurants around the corner, close to the party area but still very quiet at night. The rooms were not large but absolutely sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and in general it was very clean.

We had some molt in the bathroom and there was a constant quite humid smell in the room.

The staff were very friendly and could converse in a variety of languages, English and Chinese included. Laundry service was quick and affordable with same-day collection. Rooms were great value for money, comparable to hostel prices but you get your own room and private bathroom, very nice.

Housekeeping was not the most thorough, there was a crevice between the bed and the wall that was not cleaned out properly. Also the fridge in the room did not work. But there was a GS25 (convenience store) just across the road so there was no need for me to keep anything in the fridge so I didn't mind that.
