Kim Anh, cam on!! She was the one who checked my room was perfect every day. I am a low maintenance traveler. So staying 5 days I only needed very little. The 2 days I needed housekeeping, they were very quick. If you want to just chill, the park is one way. If you want to have a night of great food and drinking it's the other direction. Again, thank you all for the helpful staff, especially front desk agent Kim Anh. She arranged a beautiful meekong tour and a taxi to my hotel near the near the airport today at a great rate. Stay here if you're in Ho Chi Minh City.

Decent hotel that has all the basics and more. Great location!

Be aware, most rooms don't have windows, the 'suite' however does have a window and the price difference with the other rooms isn't that big. Our room did have a desk but no chair, so I asked for a chair and they gave me one, so that problem was fixed. The most essential parts of the room were clean, but there was some dust in the crevices, I don't know if they ever deep-clean the rooms, but it was clean enough for me. Would stay here again!

1. The service from the staff was excellent, especially from the bellman who helped me (riding pillion on his motorbike) find places I needed eg. bookstores, and from the security guard, who helped me ascend and descend safely the steep stairs at the entrance. 2. The hotel facilities were very good. Breakfast (included) was simple but adequate. 3. The location was excellent, being next door to a convenience store and a travel agent, close to ATMs, and opposite my tailor (who was one of the main reasons I travelled to Ho Chi Minh). 4. The accompanying photos show, left to right, me on the Mekong Delta tour; the helpful bellman; an amazing bookstore he took me to; and the helpful security guard in front of the front entrance stairs I mentioned.

1. The steep stairs at the front entrance without any non-skid strips or handrails. I know this is a common architectural feature of buildings in Vietnam, but for a middle-aged solo traveller like myself it's terribly dangerous. Perhaps these features can be added? Thank goodness the security guards and bellman were so helpful for me in safely managing these. 2. No hairdryer in the room.

Staff was very nice and covered! Guys from the team in front of the hotel grade 10. As a location it is perfect, it is very close to the center! Nearby there is a large park! I recommend the Vip room with departure!

Place was located stragetically and good value for money

A25 has thought of all the smallest details to make their guest comfortable.
