Love My Stay at Beauty House 💕✨ Just spent a few days at Beauty House in District 1 and OMG… I’m in love with this little hidden gem! 😍 The location is 🔝 — super close to Bui Vien Street and Ben Thanh Market, but still quiet enough to chill at night. The room was cozy, clean, and comfy 🛏️, with strong Wi-Fi and cold A/C (lifesaver in Saigon’s heat 🥵). But what I loved the most? The staff! 🥹 They’re so sweet, friendly, and always ready to help — from giving local tips to arranging rides. Honestly, they made me feel like home. If you’re looking for a cute, affordable, and super convenient place to stay in District 1, Beauty House is THE spot! 🌿🌟 Definitely coming back next time! 🧳✨

When I arrived the owner told me her credit card was broken. I was about to look for another hotel and she managed for metal pay with credit card at the restaurant downstairs. On booking is advertised that they accept credit card. We messaged because she helped me book a taxi pickup from the airport. She never mentioned her broken credit card machine. I had to pay cash for the taxi. She charged me 3 times what grab charges for the route. My fault. I agreed to it. No idea I Will have to use my dong cash for it. Live and learn. The stairs are horrendous if you have a big suitcase.

The room I booked had 3 beds, which is exactly what I needed. Although no lift, this room is on level 2 and the owner helped us carry up and down our heavy luggage. She was also friendly. Room came with disposable toothbrush set, a comb, some rubber slippers, hair dryer, Aircon, netflix. 4 bottles of water was also given on 1st day. Room is cleaned/sheets neaten/fresh towels daily. No breakfast, but downstairs is cafe, and nearby have many other eateries. Convenient location, easy to book cheap grab to everywhere.

Such a nice lady, communication is easy on what’s app. She booked me a driver who picked me up at the airport, she was there when I arrived at midnight !! She booked excursions for me (Cu Chi Tunnels & Mekong boat day) she even helped me get money out when the ATM didn’t want to take my card !! Yes it’s small, yes there’s no elevator to go up to the rooms but for a single person it’s very good. Especially very very well located, close to everything The chicken salad (Crispy Chicken Taro salad) is really succulent and spicy, the restaurant is right in the hotel! I just need it to be clean and with air conditionning, was perfect for my 3 days in Saigon !!

Staff was very nice and hard working, they were ready to help with anything. Room was cleaned every day, which was a surprise for the price I paid. All problems were resolved quickly, you can see they value their guests here. I got my laundry done as well, quality and price were great. I would like to highlight their sheets, which felt very comfy. AC was great.

Staircase might be a little difficult for older people and also big luggage but people there are ready to help any time. Bathrooms could use renovation.

Every day my bed was made up and the bedroom/bathroom was tidied, something that I haven’t had in any hotel I’ve stayed in so far except this place so was very appreciated. The facilities were clean and a mini fridge was also a welcome addition. The extra bed was handy to have so I could keep my luggage spread out on it. Laundry was done well and even dropped off at my door.

No lift and a narrow stairwell so I can imagine that would be frustrating for someone on the 4th floor like myself, personally I didn’t mind as I could do with the extra exercise. Also kept having the TV mess up during the night where it would randomly keep turning off and on nonstop to the point where I just turned it off entirely. Thought this was a one off but it happened every night which was grating.

Our family of six adults had a pleasant experience staying at Beauty Guesthouse in Pham Ngu Lao. The owner was incredibly accommodating, always providing assistance throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment. We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, which served delicious meals and was very convenient for us. Despite being near the lively Bui Vien party street, the guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax after exploring the city.

The only downside we encountered was the lack of a lift. With several floors to climb, it became a bit challenging, especially for older members of our family. This could be difficult for guests with mobility issues or those who find stairs strenuous. Their staff though will offer you to bring the luggage up and down when checking-in/out.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms big and the bed very comfortable. It is located in a cute, quiet side street of an area otherwise incredibly busy and noisy. The place is very central and walking distance to the main attractions. Obviously, you pay for whet you get and for the Vietnamese standard, in HCMC, at this price, the place was pretty good, and the place met the expectations.

Perfect location, nestled in a busy alleyway but was very quiet in the evenings. In good proximity to many tourist spots including walking street. The room was very comfortable, and the AC was strong. TV had some english movie channels, and Wifi was strong. Restaurant in the main level had some reasonable prices for food and beverages.

Was no problem for me, but there is no elevator for those with luggage. Many people on the street out front soliciting you to buy products but not an issue reflective of the hotel.

Amazing service, they booked us a taxi transfer, a private driver to cut chi tunnels (which would have been the same as joining a group tour) and same day laundry at 25k a kilo. Our delayed flight meant we got in at 2am and they were able to check us in very smoothly. We got a great breakfast at a local cafe opposite (blue walls). Location right in the backpacker area, simple rooms but everything we needed.

Our room was 403 and you could hear the water boiler a bit - didn't bother us but might trouble a sensitive sleeper. No escalator.
