Friendly staff, nice big room, excellent location. Walkable to lots of main tourist sites but it was quiet at night. We were travelling with a baby and were a little concerned about noise but it was perfect. They also put us in a room down the hallway from others which was appreciated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again

Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. A lot of space. Good shower with hot water and pressure. Excellent cleaning service. Quiet room on the backside of the hotel. The bellboy at the front door is very diligent at his duties. And Thú at the reception is just awesome !

Well... my first night was terrible. I arrived late, around midnight, and they allowed me a room giving on the street. Very, very noisy all night long, I didn't sleep at all. On the next morning, I asked the young lady (THÚ) at the reception if it was possible to move me on the hotel backside for the next 3 nights. She managed it very well and I moved to my new room early in the afternoon. Great! Thanks a lot to Thú , very helpful, and always smiling face. She made a big difference for me. There was no appropriate electrical outlet to connect the water kettle ( 3 prongs VS 2 prongs outlet only).

The Park View Luxury Hotel was fabulous. We had a little bigger room than the smallest size and it was plenty big and clean. The staff was fabulous. They worked with us and accommodated us on some many things, they were amazing. I can't say enough good things about the staff and service they provide. The hotel's location is exactly where you want it to be. Only blocks away from many of the attractions you would want to see like the market, night life, and the community house. Overall I would highly recommend this place and I will stay here again next time I am in Ho Chi Minh City.

I recently stayed at the Park View Luxury Hotel, and the transformation since my last visit in 2022 is remarkable! Everything is brand new, and the price for such a pristine place is unbeatable. The staff's service is top-notch, from the helpful luggage assistant to the accommodating front desk team, not to mention the outstanding housekeeping lady. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from Ben Thanh Market and the Local Market. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores surround the area, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, its proximity to tour buses and travel agencies is a major plus. The hotel even offers day trip tours and assists with arranging bus and flight tickets. I highly recommend Park View Luxury Hotel for a delightful and well-connected stay.

Our room (standard twin) was same as in photo, good value for money as it was at an excellent price. The location was very good and staff very helpful. Room was clean and had good amenities. Bathroom brand new and great shower.

The mattresses could have been better. The size of the room was a bit small if both people have large suitcases/many things but we knew this and were only staying for 1 night, so no problem. For more nights better book a bigger room.

Front counter staff ( Kristy ) was extremely friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and bed is comfy to sleep and rest. Location is great, near to restaurants and bars. Definitely great value.

Some on going renovation works in the next building, so some noises in the afternoon time. Some watermark on the wall, but overall the room was clean so not a big deal.

Very nice place to stay, very close to city centre. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfy. At the reception, the ladies are very nice and helpful, thank you very much! Also the doorman was very nice, smiling, and very helpful too! I will come back here!

It's a bit noisy, even with the windows closed, because we can hear the traffic. However, I think the traffic is so dense, that from any hotels, you can hear it too.

Good location, big room and good value for money. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Staff were very kind.

Our room was very hot when we checked in, and took a while to cool down once the aircon was on. It might be a good idea to have the aircon running for a bit before guests check in.

- I got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was very pleasant - Room had a hairdryer, mini fridge and AC which was really nice - Nice bathroom with free supplies and showergel/shampoo - Nice staff

- Next to one of the busiest streets so there will be some noice, but it’s not that disturbing at night at all - There were some ants in my bathroom, which was a bit odd considering I was on the 9th floor

Always a friendly face to greet you at reception. We booked the bigger room so we could have a bed each. Fresh linen when you needed. The lift was clean and smelt nice. The location in District one was fantastic.
