Good central location and not far from the airport. When we arrived we were 'upgraded' to the sister hotel directly behind this hotel as the room wasn't ready and he said this one was quite noisy. They took us there on mopeds which was awesome. Easy check in, they don't accept cards so make sure you have cash. Bottle of water on arrival as well. Room was big, double bed with a fridge, aircon, kettle and shower gel, shampoo and toothbrush etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It can still be quite noisy so beware. The hotel is very central to everything there's plenty of shops and bars and restaurants and a good bus line of needed.

The only thing I would say is that the door to the room has a lot of gaps that let in a lot of light from the hallway but that was easily solved with a towel on the bottom. The hotel can be quite loud so beware if you're a light sleeper.

Spacious, clean and affordable room! The hotel staffs are all very nice, they are so polite, speak in English and they’ll attend to everything that you need. Location is good and it’s near to almost everything, you can just walk going to Ben Thanh Market, Central Market, Nguyen Hue Walking street and some other spots too! Grocery store and Oh yes Bui Vien Walking Street is just a few steps away so you have a lot of choices from the foods, drinks and even a place to party! I recommend this hotel especially to those who love to tour, shop, drink, party and have a good time!

Location location location. We had a room with a balcony. Would advise to go for this. Staff fantastic. Our air con was not working properly, we advised the guys downstairs. Two hours later a tradesman came in done a full service and it worked brilliantly. A great spot for all the action you need. Restaurants galore. Markets , museums all within walking distance. Rooms are not super modern but they are clean. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.

I can’t really think of anything that bothered me.

The hotel is situated near key places like Bu Vien district. You can also walk from the hotel to different tourist attractions like Ho Chi Minh Fine Arts Museum, War remnants museum, etc. There are a lot of local restaurants near the hotel so looking for food is not that hard.

I guess the only thing the hotel can improve on is the water pressure of the shower. The rest, everything is at par with my expectations.

Walking distance to almost everything... Bui Vien street, Ben Thanh Market, Bus stations etc. There is also a lift for our luggages, wifi works well and a mini ref in the room. Staffs are nice and friendly.

The toilet needs improvement and cleanliness of the room could be improved as well. Found some trash in between the gaps of the bed, probably from previous travelers.

- location was a short walk (10-15min) to town area, 3min to a shopping streets and clubs (and a great massage place nearby) - helpful receptionist - had a lift that will take you up so you don't have to climb the stairs

- bed was a bit hard - my last night had mosquitos (but the rest of the nights were fine)

Friendly staff, good location, 24hour front desk was very useful, clean and comfy room

Shower was cold and seemed to have no hot water.

Professional staff, let me check in a little earlier, room was quiet and had everything I needed, good shower with hot water, kettle, fridge , good aircon and fan. I also stayed at their Bui Vien hotel which is good too.

Could feel the springs in the bed when lying on elbows.

Althoughi just only stay 1 night but i feel comfortable about receiption and place.I like it because i always walk around the district and ward so anywhere very nearly and comfort.

The elevator very smaill i think they are should be upgrade bigger more than now.
