Quirky little property this, in a pleasant way that is. It's entrance is like a speakeasy bar, adjacent to a nifty craft beer joint. Reception area is almost non existent, but the rooms came to be very spacious and cozy with new-ish furniture details. Top marks for value in a central nightlife/backpacking location. Bonus points to the Rooster craft beer bar at the property's lobby, great craft beers at very decent prices.

Lobby and entrance is somewhat unassuming, can be a turn-off to some. The lift is functional, though slow and compact in size. Being central to the party walking street of BuiVien, it comes with bumping noise, neon bright lights and also the inevitable sleaziness about its surrounding streets. Could be inappropriate for older travelers or families with young children, otherwise great value for the suitable young adult age group.

The bed was soft and bedding was changed daily. Friendly & courteous staff. There were No bugs or insects. The AC & the WIFI worked well. There was plenty of hot water & toiletries. The room had a safe and fridge 2 bottles of water were provided daily. The TV was a hi-def newer smart TV. The room was modern and was cleaned daily. I was staying in a suite. I'm not sure about the other roooms.

Being in the center of the Entertainment district, I did experience some noise from the venues. Some noise in the hallways.

Room is.located on party place, walkable.distance to benh thah market. Room is spacious and toilet is big with bathtub. Big windows.with view of walking street.

Good location with lots of good food n massage shop nearby. Staff all very friendly n helpful n recommend where can get nice local food.nice hotel room.

The safe is spoilt and the staff is unable to repair it. The door alarm will goes off when lock from inside.

No flexibility in requests for 1 hour late check out due to my flight delay and I have young kid and elderly person with me. I have booked 2 room and request to keep 1 room till 1pm instead of check out time at 22pm, was rejected and keep chasing us.

Great location with everything nearby. Hassle free stat. Staff very helpful. Could do with better cleaning. Floor clearly hadn’t been washed, but something tells me that’s very common for the area. Bear in mind that there is loud music downstairs for the whole night, so if that’s the kind of thing that bothers you, don’t stay here.

The hotel is very near to Bui Ven walking street which is full of bars and crazy nightlife. Many eateries nearby and happening street, suitable for those who wish to enjoy such atmosphere

Hotel reception is kinda small and lift is slow. Overall is good, can't complaint much with such value

Great location, kind staff, very comfy bed! Amazing shower too! I really like how you could hang the towel on the outside of the shower door. Very spacious bathroom overall.

A bit noisy outside. Bathtub didn't work but considering I was there during Tet I understand that it couldn't be fixed right away.
