-WiFi was strong and reliable -Staff were friendly and helpful -Location was excellent. 5 min walk from walking street and central market underground mall and food court. -Surprisingly quiet given its location -Laundry service was good price and clothes came back smelling very nice -Socket by the bed -Cute dog that sometimes hangs out by reception :)

Heard very little street noise and yet it was very close to extremely loud music on the walking street. Good location. Good value. Friendly hosts.

The beds were hard. It’s very difficult to get up in the morning in a windowless room, but we did know that ahead of time, just didn’t realize what a luxury having a window was!

I was skeptical as it was my first budget accommodation in vietnam but after reading the good reviews I was convinced to give it a try, the location is great if you like the bui vien party environment. My aircon was leaking at night and after alerting the manager in the morning he got it fixed by noon.

Very helpful staff, they waited up late for us to check in as our coach was late. Good communication through the app. Staff very helpful with requests. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location right next to walking street, but didn't hear noise from there.

The tranquility of the place! The staff, specially the older son (I suppose) he is very friendly and speaks good English.

The room has no window 😞 He told me it was because of the price, but it wasn't mentioned on Booking.com. For me, a bedside lamp is missing 😞

Great location next to walking street, bars and cafes. Best western coffee at end of the street. Quiet room facing the street with double glazed windows, sunlight and street view, recently renovated. Friendly and helpful family staff. Reasonable rates and stayed over 2 weeks

24 hour front desk, no problem for late check in or a delayed flight. Desk staff spoke good English. It has a lift.

Street venders are pretty aggressive and persistant in District One. Don't sit at the front tables at the cafe's. But it's District One so you have to expect noise and hussle/bussle.

we really enjoyed staying at the Hotel. the location is just right next to the walking street Bui Viên. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. It was hot day on the check out day, we were out the whole day and they helped us to have shower before our flight in the evening. the Hotel is very clean and looks new as they have just renovated the building. We will book the Hotel again when we back Ho Chi Minh City.

There were some mosquitoes in my room.......maybe they came in via the bathroom? Perhaps spray room an hour before guests arrive.
