Comfortable hotel with very kind staff.

Good location in a backpacker area with many cheaper restaurants and cafes around. The room had a fridge and good air conditioning.

No television in the room. It gets very noisy at night time as the hotel is right beside the Bui Vien walking street, but it was worth it to stay in an excellent location. Don't book tours through reception as they tried to charge us double what other tour shops around the area were charging!

Staff is friendly!

The receptionist both day and night ones were so nice, we was delayed on our first day and checked in late at night and the man was so nice and really looked after us. We had a problem with the air con in our room too and they didn’t hesitate to move us into another room straight away. AMAZING SERVICE

The cleaners are too noisy early in the mornings and should be more cautious when outside peoples doors, let down on their parts and needs to be addressed.

Hotel is so good that name should be THE HEART OF SAIGON. So close to Vui Vien walking street. Circle K and family mart right in 100m. Busses to Cambodia and all over in Vietnam leaves right on street 250m. Must stop point if you are tvavelling and hit the bus in next day. THANKS!

Room clean, nice view. When you check in hotel serve complimentary water, it's good. Someone told about noisy at night, but for me it's ok because i really really like party. Some food nearby, restaurants, shops, Bui Vien walking street awsome, Ben Thanh market wonderful with lot of food, souvenirs

Location, value for money.

Shower controls were difficult until the operation was explained. To turn the water flow on you tilt the control, don't push, pull or turn it. It only had to be explained once. My first shower was with the bum gun and cold water. Some noise issues with the demolition next door and noisy night clubs but not a problem really.

The hotel in Ho Chi Minh City impressed me with its exceptional staff and warm hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness made the experience truly memorable. I highly commend the hotel for its outstanding service.

Good price Friendly and helpful staffs Great location, near many shops, restaurants, tours agency, bus stop.. it located right in the centre of backpackers area but It is not effected by the noise of pubs in that location

Central location in a side street. Obviously its still a bustling and noisy street with a night club opposite but you don’t have to contend with traffic when walking around to the restaurants or shops.

As long as you keep in mind its a budget no frills hotel its fine. Basic but functional and the receptionist was helpful.
