The staff were beyond wonderful and went above and beyond to assist us with having the best stay possible. They were so accommodating and allowed us to store our bags the day of check out so we could go on a day tour and await our overnight bus collection. The value for money was also really great and the food was delicious- we had breakfast here every morning and had dinner the last night which was so tasty! The room was great for the value of money and the location was so central, we would highly recommend staying here!!

Very friendly staff. Amazing food at the restaurant for all day long..very delicious & cheap Vietnamese cuisine: very recommended dining! Spacy room but a bit smelly(don't know where it came from) Great location Clean bedding But.. The bed was hard as wood,room was dusty, no privacy while bathing because you can see thru door wood panel. Please improve on this Thanks Tony Saigon

Down a beautiful alleyway access just down from Bui Vien walking Street 100 m. For another way that it’s quiet at night. It has all the access to the excitement of walking Street the man in charge./owner has been such great knowledge and steered me in the right direction for my first trip to Vietnam. Next time I come to Vietnam, I am definitely booking here. It has definitely been the highlight of my South east Asia trip

The facilities are dated, but in a romantic way I really can’t say anything bad about the property. The food here is incredible too.

the staff were amazing … accomodating with everything we asked for. i was happy to have found a place so close to everything we needed. We found the restaurant very popular thru out the day and the food was yummy. the room itself was a pretty decent size 😊 The cost was next to nothing.

Air con needs a service in room 203, it wasn’t cold enough and felt very hot in the room. shower maybe needs a curtain instead of the glass door for easy access. small area to move in. Needs to have more then 1 key per room

The location was perfect!! The price was fantastic value for money for a basic room. The water in the shower was lovely and hot. The restaurant downstairs does a varied breakfast all cooked fresh which was included with the room and there is 10% off the cost in the restaurant for other meals. Would definitely recommend staying here

The hotel is located at the city center. It is very accessible to some tourist attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, laundry services and foreign exchange services. The hotel also offer the same services, just check the price with them. The room was clean and spacious with coffee/tea maker, a small fridge, air conditioner and hot shower that works well. Breakfast was included in my chosen accommodation, but have to pick one kind of food and one drink from the menu. The food was deliciously prepared. The restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel serves delicious food and drinks as well, but have to pay separately for the other meal time of the day. The owner and the staff are approachable, helpful and happy people.

In the room where I stayed don't have available signage that indicate service wishes like make up my room or do not disturb sign, so I have to ask the receptionist for the service needed. If you wish to stay maybe you can ask for the signage if you need one, I saw the other room have it. No safety deposit box in this room, maybe can ask if you need it. I heard the voices from the other room occupants and a muffled music from the nearby bars.

The location was great, not too noisy considering how close to Walking street it is. Breakfast was included in the very affordable price and was delicious. Staff were lovely and attentive. The place was decorated stylish. Happy hour in the restaurant down stairs!

We booked an extra night as we liked the hotel and city so much, a slight miscommunication happened were we had to change rooms, but they discounted the stay and was apologetic, this didn’t ruin anything for us what so ever! Only thing is in the new room the bathroom has a window facing an empty space of the hotel (which seems like some sort of ventilation) I think should be tinted/sealed as you feel a little on show.

We loved the location - the hotel is on a lovely bustling street with lots going on and is very close to lots of great tourist attractions, like the Ben Tanh market. The shower was excellent - great temperature and water pressure. All the staff were lovely, and special shout out to Henry, who was extra accommodating with our needs. The price of the hotel was really good.

The WiFi wasn’t very good, often didn’t work at all - and there seemed to be a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Even though we did have a room with a window, the view was just of the wall of the building next door which wasn’t fab.

Hotel was clean and above a popular restaurant and very close to Bui Vien Street. Great area with a lot of eating options close and of course party street two minutes away. As mentioned in reviews if you don't like noise bring earplugs ☺️. Good value for money so don't expect 5 star - bonus was a lift and they allowed us to store luggage after and early flight which was appreciated. Staff were all lovely and helpful ☺️.

This is a hidden gem. Staff were so helpful and kind. I will be staying next time i transit through Saigon. The restaurant was amazing. The local food was amazing. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The young man that served me each night was a beautiful soul. He was so sincere in everything he did. Great value for money. I have stayed at more expensive hotel and the customer service wasn’t as great
