I recently stayed at the Saigon Europe Hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was nice and clean, featuring a comfortable bed and all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just 50 meters from the vibrant Ben Vieu Walking Street, making it easy to immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere. Additionally, it is surrounded by a fantastic variety of restaurants offering cuisines to suit every taste. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the receptionists, Ly and Tang. Both were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always eager to assist with any requests, ensuring my stay was smooth and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. If you’re seeking an excellent budget-friendly hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, I highly recommend the Saigon Europe Hotel. It combines great value, a prime location, and outstanding service for a fantastic stay.

Perfect location.

The description says that we can either check in early or check out late. But that is not true. We checked in late. So we requested for a late check out. But they said that another guest will come so we have to check out at 12:00. We agreed and we kept our luggage there and when we go back to collect our luggages people were waiting in the lobby to check in as they said they will allow check in only at 14:00 pm. So please be aware of that statement

The geographical location itself is superb considering the proximity to tourist attraction. However, its beside Bui Vien street expect live music and EDM tracks to play until 1-3am. However, the windows and walls are pretty decent in soundproofing so I still managed to get good nights sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place to light sleepers. I had an amazing stay here, facilities all worked well, cleanliness is good, water temps are also good. The female receptionist here that works morning shifts speaks good English and is very helpful, appreciated the heads up on the chargeable drinks in the mini bar and not trying to impose hidden fees.

Great location and also relatively quiet, considering how close it is to the main walking street. Room was cleaned every day if requested and laundry service was quick and reasonable price.

When checking in we were asked to leave a deposit, even though they had our passport. We said we needed to withdraw more money, but they were quite adamant - nothing severe just a hassle after travelling all day.

I loved the hotel's location. I loved how everything was within walking distance, including supermarkets, pubs, clubs, and the famous Walking Street. I walked to the Independence Palace; everything was so close, it was the perfect place to stay.

The hotel should provide two key cards, as one of my friends wanted to go by herself to the supermarket and I was in the bathroom, but if we pulled out the key card, the lights would go off automatically. This needs to be rectified.

We love that all the staff are all friendly and approachable, we were supposed to stay at Saigon Hotel however, the hotel informed me ahead of time that we will be transfering to Felix Hotel and we had a great time there and quite and love that everything is so accessible

Everything is good in this hotel.The location is in the heart of town. The front office staff Chan and Thanh are very hospitable kind and cooperative. They are very polite and friendly. Rooms are big and spacious. Will come back to this hotel whenever I visit Saigon.

Location was perfect and the manager Tan and the new girl Ly were so helpful... anything I needed whether it was clean towels, a kettle or information about day trips or bus times they would help me straight away...

The room i was in had a little window which light came through from the corridor at night times

Very close to night life close to restaurants and bars. If you’re wanting to party at night. This is great and good price

Select rooms in middle of building. Other wise. You be listening to all the live bands from out side which can go till 4 in morning.

A bit noisy from outside but stuff the boy with glasses is very friendly and helpful. Should not try the massage shop under the hotel, rib off asking for tips but not doing properly job, we pay for 1h massage plus 50k each person tips. But they only do 40min 🙄🙄 very disappointed.

Reception very friendly
