The staff is amazing and really helpful. We had a problem with the flight and we had to call the costumer service at midnight and they helped us with that. At check in they also upgrade us to a deluxe, a big room and clean. Breakfast was included in a nearby restaurant. It is really close to the most noisy road of Saigon, but in the room is fine, you don't hear anything.

There is no elevator, but there is a small one for the luggage so is fine.

The location is very convenient to popular places for just 10 minutes walk. There're a lot of bus routes passing by just outside the lane. I booked a few day tours, although it is not possible for the tour bus to pick me up in front of the hotel(bus is unable to come in due to the small lane), the alternative meeting points are both very close. My booking includes breakfast, which has Vietnamese and Western style choices, and they are all very delicious.

the room is usually quiet, but it is located beside the stairs. the stepping noise can be heard inside the room if someone is using the stairs. not happening very frequently, though.

The location was perfect, restaurants and bars everywhere as well as a convenience store right across the street. Despite the clubs a little further down the bui vien walking street, it was fairly quiet! A good nights sleep every night. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was good. The room was very clean as well. Will be booking here again!

There is no elevator, thus walking up to the fourth floor can be a bit tiring but there is a lift for luggage!

Everything.Perfect location.Very friendly efficient staff.Room was super clean.Very comfortable bed with the freshest whitest bed linen.Towels also super white.My room did not have a window which meant I slept very well...absolutely no noise from the outside world.What a gem in the centre of a bustling city!

Everything! The location is just near everywhere. The staff are all kind and helpful. Plus they are very cheerful. The hotel is very clean. The food is so great. This is my very first travel abroad and the Rice Hotel made it extremely memorable and fun.

Be aware there is no lift, but stairs are fine. Be also aware you do hear street noise despite other reviews especially bands but they finish at a reasonable hour for the CBD. No good for light sleepers but we found it fine.

If you are young and enjoy the hustle and bustle of walking street i.ê the noise from the bars (very loud music all night) then it’s perfect otherwise sleeping is not easy. Maybe ask for a room on the alley side would be quieter.

I liked the super cleanliness, comfort and tranquility. I also liked the excellent location and close to everything you need. The bathroom facilities were clean and complete. I also liked the friendly staff who work with great professionalism, especially Kent.
