First off, location is great. Lots of food nearby and not a far walk or taxi ride to other attractions. Also, the room is comfortable and clean like a home. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also, they had a nice mix of local and international TV channels. The amenities like hair dryer or electric kettle are not kept in the room, so if you need it, let the front desk staff know. Finally, the last thing I want to mention: I got a rash in the beginning of my stay. A pharmacist told me it was bed bugs, so I asked the hotel to let me check the mattress and it was clean. The owner told me I could change rooms if I wanted to, but I decided to stay in my room. As it turned out, my rash was caused by a sickness (shingles), so I had to go to the doctor to get medicine. The front desk staff were so helpful in explaining to me what to do at the hospital and helping me choose which hospital to go to. I am happy with how the hotel approached these problems and cannot thank them enough for helping me and making me feel comfortable.

The cleaning might not be thorough, because there were some items left in the refrigerator. The staff were quick to rectify this and I thank them for that. I was unable to connect to the WIFI, but there were good TV channels so I didn't mind at all.

Great location. Local bus from airport stopped about a 3 min walk from the hotel. Right in the middle of the most tourist part of city so lots around you. Walking distance to the night market.

The man at the front desk ignored us a lot. He said our room would be ready if we came back in 30 mins, we did but then sat in the lobby for another hour waiting for it (after overnight arriving with almost no sleep). Pretended not to see or hear us. was very odd. room was very small. bed was uncomfortable.

The staff I met were very helpful and friendly. They helped me a lot. always with a smile on their face. an excellent location near walking street and good restaurants right next door. Comfy bed and excellent Aircon. A comfortable place to relax. Good price.

Taxi will not pick up outside hotel but at the beginning of narrow street. The street outside is also a building site now (March 2025)

Owner communicated well, front desk 24h for odd checkin/out times. Kept our bags after checkout for us. Quiet room - except for noisy people in room next door. Aircon stopped working during our stay but was promptly fixed. Property has lift. Plenty of nearby eating options, walking street nearby, market not far away. Overall, no complaints, other than

Maybe update the house rules that say they'll give away your room if you show up too late without notification (and keep your money - never like this double dipping). If the room is sold and people are late, sure keep their money - but keep their room, don't try to sell it for a second lot of rental.

Highly recommended to stay! The room is simple and comfortable. The hotel is very near Bui Vien Walking Street, which is a party street. However, the room in the hotel is quiet, is not affected by the noise. The hotel is located at the strategic place where many attractions tourist places can be walked within a short distance. Something I must highlight here is I am really appreciate the service from the hotel owner. They are very friendly and helpful, make you feel that you are at home. I felt so touched when the lady hotel owner make Vietnam Coffee (a filter on top of the glass) to me after knowing that I keen to try it. Really great experience to stay here!

I like the fact the the manager/owner I guess Ton, was so friendly, the rooms could be cleaner and dusted off, but overall it was the most affordable place in the area, and you get what you pay for, the value is insane given that you get an ac room with the party being 2 mins away. it’s very centrally located, and I didn’t go out of the 5 km radius other then outside excursions. they have laundry service too, and overall very happy

could have newer pillows and sheets, it’s time for a change for the Floor mat for sure.

Comfortable room, hotel wify was great, staff great, location perfect for many tourist places which I just explored by walking, no disturbance in the area. The lift was very smooth since my room was on the 5th floor. Cheers!

It is good hotel, the room was big and clean. friendly staff and very helpful. The location was good, located in center of Sai Gon. few mins walk to Ben Thanh market and walking street. it was quite beauty area. There is a park near the street.

The owners were lovely. The location of the hotel was great. The price was correct and all equipment worked well. No music heard from the main Bui Vien walking street.

The bed could be more comfy. Soundproofing between rooms was quite bad, I could clearly hear noises from the room next by.

good location, the hotel located in center of district 1, near Ben Thanh market, walking street. there are so many restaurants around the hotel. It is a good place, you will not hear the noise music from walking street at night.
