This hotel has the good location and you can visit many interesting places (the Independent Palace, The War Museum, the Cathedral, the walking street and other) walking around. The hotel has the good room with the bathtub. The breakfast was okay maybe not so varied but it’s fine. And the most important that you can start your breakfast a bit early (because many tours start around 6:30am)

One thing was not so good but it’s decided using pauses. It’s hot water in the evening for the bathtub. Sometimes it is warm (not hot) however you can wait a few minutes and hot water come back

This hotel is central to everything in District 1. Our room was lovely quite modern, clean. Staff fantastic very accommodating. Breakfast is a Buffett there is a large selection of food including Pho. There is a restaurant/Coffee shop in the reception area. We had room 509 great view of the street and park area. Would highly recommend this hotel and I will be booking my stay again here for next year.

Our fridge didn’t work which honestly did not affect our stay.

Centrally located everything is within walking distance if you don’t mind the burning sun. As the infamous Bui Vien street is nearby it can be a bit noisy, though. The hotel offers everything you want and need based on the budget and the money you pay. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely return.

I liked the bathroom design, the softness of the mattress and pillows. It was quiet in the room due to an extra set of windows on the balcony, closing this of from the busy street.

Wifi speed was way too slow. Around 16 mbps in average in the room. During the day it was sometimes between 30 and 40 but in the evening it usually dropped to 1 or 2 mbps. The speed is usually OK if you only want to scroll on social media, but if you're a digital nomad and need to login into a server in another continent, it becomes frustrating. In some nearby restaurants there are Wi-Fi speeds of 160 - 200 mbps, so if the speed drops a bit in the evening, it's not noticeable. Breakfast buffet is only till 9.30 am, this should be at least till 10am, every day I was rushing to get the breakfast, because sometimes they started to take it away at 9.20am.

We were very happy with our stay for 6 days with a 5-month-old baby. The room was quiet even though it faced the street. The he staff was accommodating; they provided a crib and allowed me access to a microwave to sterilize bottles. The breakfast had many choices, albeit can get a bit loud if there is a large group. The restaurant on-site is simple and inexpensive, which is great after a long day and not wanting to venture back out into the city. The staff was very polite and kind.

Great location, very close to the Bui Vien street but not on it so noise is minimum. Decent breakfast spread. Rooms have balconies and some face a nice park in the front. Overall good value.

Lookout for good rooms. At first we were put in a corner room which was so tiny that there was hardly any space to walk around the bed (and an open but dirty balcony). They changed upon request. Breakfast area can get busy soon.

The breakfast was very nice. There was plenty of food and choice on offer. The staff were excellent to oversee and replenish supplies at the buffet. The variety of fruit , juices and preserves was very good . There were breads, cakes, Yogurt, cold vegetables & 6 or more selections of hot food available including local and western choices as well as tea, coffee, cheese and cold meat . Cappuccino was available at an extra cost at the coffee bar. You could eat as much as you pleased.

I particularly like brown bread so that would have been nice. My partner is a coeliac and usually just had eggs and bacon everywhere he went. Some gluten free bread would have made his day !!!!

Location. The center but a bit away from the noisy streets. The restaurant proposes delicious meals, which are at least 10-15% cheaper than the nearest places. The staff consists of professional, helpful people. Check-in was late at night - no problems. The park which is situated in front of the hotel serves as rest from urban stuff.

Nothing is worth mentioning. What we disliked during our stay wasn't about the hotel at all

I really liked the location. The bed was comfortable. The staff were Friendly and attentive. We had no problems at all with our stay. The rooms are soundproofed from the outside world well enough when you shut the windows. The breakfast has an alright range. Minor changes to the options from day to day. As a vegetarian you will get by on this breakfast.

Breakfast finishes at 9:30 which for us on holiday severely limits our sleep ins. More vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice. Also the fried rice for breakfast be careful some days it's vegetarian other days it has chicken and other days ham. The meat gets cut up small so it's easy to miss.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating while maintaining their very professional standard. The location was purposely chosen and perfectly situated and suitable for everything I needed
