lots of street food and multi national choices. close to long distance bus hub if planning to go south or Cambodia. hotel is off the main street, that why did not show the front of the hotel in Booking,com. Very quiet at night. Walk to pub street , walking street, and VN Travel agent, cheap tour,and pick up drop off from the travel office in the morning. Saigon center and saigon square only 4 min Grab away with very good buffet.

the first room in 3 rd flood , air con not cool at all, change to 6th floor, we were late check in , hot water ran out, next day toilet bowl blocked. The water pressure were very low because top floor. we have very quick response and fix up quickly, for the low water pressure, I use a bucket to collect hot water for shower,

The room was great, clean, always smelled beautiful and fresh, we were always provided with fresh towels, bottled water and coffee and the bed was always so crisp. the location, at first was difficult to find, but ended up being amazing as we were so close to everything whilst not being able to hear any of the commotion. What made it for us was the staff, we met 3 lovely staff members on our stay (unfortunately we did not get their names, but we stayed from the 25th-29th jan 2025). we have stayed at over 15 hotels on our 6 week travel and this one was outstanding. they were so kind, accommodating, and wanting to help in any way possible. They even went as far as to park our bike and wheel it back up the ramp almost every time we wanted to leave, because they could tell we were struggling. They truly made this hotel :)

Clean, quiet hotel with lift. Comfortable beds. Room sizes vary a lot.

The showers do not run off. I had to clean about 1 cm of gunge out, to make the water fun off. Make it part of the cleaning of the room, to clean the drains out. Also, the early check in does not exist. We booked a room especially with free early check in, as our train arrived at 06:50, but actually were only allowed to check in at the usual time. Our friends even later. Apparently, it depends on when people check out , which is logical. But then just don't offer it!! People book it, because it is important to them.

Felix is hard to find but due to that fact it is quiet in the evening except for guests that may let their door close a little hard. This is easy to do as the doors are substantial. You cannot hear the music from the walking street.

The towels were passed there use by date. But I expect they are rotated in from a supplier. So I would suggest removing some from circulation. Had a few little micro spiders but with the help of the cleaner we sorted them out for the rest of my 10 night stay.

1. The room is quite spacious. We were three people and had two queen beds. 2. The receptionist was really helpful. She spoke fluent English, so it was not hard to ask things. We arrived early in the morning and one of us was feeling unwell then we ended up waiting at the lobby. The check in was supposed to be at 14.00, but she kindly let us check in 2 hours earlier. Thank you! 3. The beds were comfortable. 4. It had enough chairs and tables and wardrobe.

1. Our room didn't have a nice view from our window like what it shows on the photos. 2. The layout of the room was quite strange as it didn't have any door or divider to separate the restroom and bedroom. Yes, the shower and toilet had door, but it wasn't a full length to the ceiling. So, whatever anyone did in the bathroom, it could be heard or smelled from the beds. 3. Cars aren't able to get through the hotel since the hotel is located inside a small road. However, it was really close from the main road.

Handy location. Rooms small but clean. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Located in an alley, so you will be carrying your luggage from the taxi.

Thank you so much to the front desk staff for their excellent service, helping us with the payment and allowing a late check-out. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great location close to the long-distance bus pick-up and drop-off points, as well as the most vibrant nightlife area in Ho Chi Minh City. There are plenty of street food options nearby. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I will definitely choose this accommodation.

My recent stay at Felix Hotel in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, was truly delightful. From the warm welcome to the helpful staff, the hotel exuded a friendly atmosphere. The prime location made exploration easy, with vibrant markets and a variety of dining options within walking distance. This convenience added an extra layer to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, it offers exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a great location. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay in District 1. Looking forward to returning!

The staff! Tanh and Phi! They are very friendly and helpful. Helped us for early check in. They even helped us with our itinerary suggested interesting cafes, and even introduced us with Vietnamese songs! So that we can post in instagram! Lol. Sorry we don’t have photos of the room.
