Thank you day staff for looking out for me. Due to an injury I had special needs and extra requests. Super comfortable bed, A/C worked well as well as the fan. Adjustable reading bed light not too dim nor too bright, both phone sockets held my phone chargers in place, non transparent curtains all the way around bed for complete privacy. Elevator works and stops from the bottom to the top of the building (important to mention, you might soon find out why). Towels and room keys no deposit, n fresh clean filtered water available anytime no charge. Place really clean too. Quiet area but less than 5 minutes walk to the start of the main tourist hub of Saigon. Great location. I keep coming back here, would stay longer but hospital runs.

This hostel has a lift! 😀 AND it works 👍 AND lift travels on every floor 👏 Comfortable beds, privacy with bed curtains, bed lights n phone sockets. No young large groups or heavy party people here. Nice quiet spot down a small alleyway. The hustle and bustle of saigon is only a few blocks walking distance from here Local bus depot and international bus co mpanies for Cambodia or Thailand are in walking distance too. Medium size local supermarket couple of minutes walk only.

The staff was the best, all of them were super helpful and went the extra mile to help me when I needed, including giving me a lot of recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. They made me feel at home right away! Prior to my arrival, I asked if it was possible to add an extra desk and chair to my room and they helped me with no hesitation with that.

Nothing to note. I think there's nothing to complain about for the price. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Maybe they could add some basic cutlery in the room for breakfast, but that's literally it.

Clean with comfortable beds and large lockers, but above all the staff were great. Thank you Elizabeth for so many useful recommendations at check in, and James for good chats in the evenings and useful tips on places to go! It's not a highly sociable hostel, but I like a quieter atmosphere and you can meet fellow travellers here if you want to, just don't expect it to be a party every night. Location also great if you want to be in District 1 close to many sights, shops, markets and nightlife areas. It's in a very busy part of town but it's off the main streets and very quiet in the hostel itself.

Very minor, but the upper bunks in dorms could use a shelf for placing a few items on at night.

Good cold AC. Great location. Super friendly staff! Helped with questions and booking trip from HCMC to Can Tho for a tour & many other questions to help me figure out my way. Good deal for a place to explore. I felt safe and comfortable & everyone was crazy nice at the front desk. Lived my time there They get pretty busy checking people in at all times, so I found it pretty difficult to get my trip planned out without it feeling chaotic & getting interrupted, but that’s just a small detail.

Great location! Pretty basic but very comfortable accommodation. Staff was very helpful, kind and funny. Gave great recs of what to do in HCMC

We told one of the staff members we wanted to extend a night an they said we were good to go but then we checked the night before we were supposed to check out and he hadn’t written down the extension so we were kind of panicking to find another place. Luckily they were able to find us a spot very close by for the next few nights. All worked out but was a bit of a bummer since we were assured we could extend.

I really enjoyed my stay at this room. The staff were really helpful, I really appreciated that was sent a message with information regarding transport from airport to hostel, sim cards, tips, etc. 'James' at reception was lovely and helpful, he recommended a really nice restaurant for dinner. The room is spacious with air con and clean. Really close to restaurants and shops.

In general was all good. Just the shower was only cold and since the safe key is attached to the card, you had to use the light of phone at night to close the safe but all good overall!

Anna and Elizabeth were excellent, they made it feel like you were coming back to your family each day. They remembered you by name, your room number and were always happy to help. Laundry was quick and convenient, private room was extremely spacious, free water downstairs. Location was easily walking distance to things in Ho Chi Minh. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for a place to stay. WiFi was quick.

There is a construction site in front of hostel that can be a bit loud in morning but of course no fault of the hostel. Interesting smell in room which you quickly get used to

Overall a good stay and did the job, had a private room which had a big bathroom and decent size room. Good location, quiet and off the Main Street. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so helpful. They told me loads of great places to visit and to eat at and were just super amazing in general. Got laundry done and it came back quickly and clean.

It’s quite basic, no social atmosphere, felt more like a basic hotel than a hostel. Private room had no window to the outside, just to the corridor.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Satisfying bathrooms. The best thing about this place - the helpful staff! They are more than willing to help you know the surroundings, give recommendations for food and activities, figure out what to do not only in Ho Chi Minh city but throughout the whole country of Vietnam. Also a nice place to know fellow travelers

The light in public areas is controlled by motion sensors - this can be annoying for some.
