The accommodation is in the district 1, very central and easy to reach the main point of the city. The room was very comfortable, very cleaned, fresh towels and all the amenities were provided. For example we had toiletries, including nails kit. Great variety of a mini bar. AC was available and also a fan. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, including the security guard.

The continental breakfast could be improved and have more variety of items, such different types of fruit, yoghurt, granola. Coffee was not hot.

We arrived at L’harmonie but apparently there was another one. It was alright walking to the other place but with a backpack of 14kg walking 2 times it could be annoying, especially when you arrive at 1am. They could’ve warn us. Another thing what disappointed me a bit is the ‘facility’ that they have an airport shuttle, but when I asked about it they told me to use grab by myself. It turned out to be fine, but don’t put that into your facility if you don’t do this. This was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. apart from that we had a great stay.

My room was good, breakfast was good, and the daytime staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very good close to Markets and restaurants. Just a short taxi ride to the downtown district near the river with the best restaurants, bars and shopping. My wife and daughters shopped flat out all day everyday while we were there only stopping for great food experiences. HCMC still has the best shopping in Vietnam for sure...

Late night check-in was hard and staff at the front desk were unhelpful. The first room was good but the second room for additional family was unacceptable, and staff were blunt that is what we get bad luck. The next day we approached the daytime front desk team, and they understood our problem and agreed to rectify it. The guy they had on overnight duty needs some customer service training.

Barely any hot water in the shower. Hot water pressure was extremely poor. Airco pointing directly at the bed. We had to shut off airco at night in order not to get a cold. Note: There are multiple hotels called l'harmonie in the same area. Breakfast is not in hotel itself, but in hotel with same name a bit further (5 minute walk).

Property was very clean, there is a bathroom in the lobby, which was great when waiting after checkout. They stored out luggage after checkout while we went on a morning tour. Staff were very helpful. They speak limited English. However, we do not know Vietnamese, and they were patient while we communicated through google Translate. On arrival, they helped us with a miscommunication with our driver. The next morning, we were going on a tour, and we did not have cash, so their security drove me on his bike to an atm before we got picked up. Breakfast was limited selection but very delicious (great coffee). Would stay again!

There were ants on the countertop in the bathroom, assuming it was due to the humidity. We got a twin room instead of the king room we booked. (We arrived at 2330 and were so tired and just wanted to sleep)

I had a great stay at A25 Hotel on Cach Mang Thang 8 Street. I stayed on the 8th floor, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet—perfect for a good night's sleep. Highly recommend!

a tad frustrating to not find a coffee maker on hand. then realize you only have two bath towels for the day, no bath mat or hand towels. and then not being able to find a hair blow dryer. also service needed sign not available to make up room. yes, minor details, but still a bit frustrating

This hotel s a hidden gem! Best hotel I’ve stayed on my trip.. which Includes Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Sri Lanka..!!! Will definitely come again..😀👍

Breakfast was OK, not many people so not much choices of food. But good enough; The location is great! The room is small but the staff is flexible enough to change to a better one. Although the AC doesn't work well and there are issues with the locks, they addressed the issues promptly.
