We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and the communication with the staff, both before and during our stay, was excellent. We were especially impressed by the kindness of the staff, who were always eager to help. We spent the first two nights in a studio and moved to a family suite for the final night, as we decided to extend our stay (the studio was already booked for the extra night we decided to stay). The beds were comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport, and everything went smoothly.

If you stay in a studio with somebody else and travel with 1 luggage each, it can be a bit small. But it's not so bad for a short stay. For a longer stay I would suggest to stay in a bigger room.

We liked almost everything! Good hotel at a reasonable price with a swimming pool on the roof.

There was a problem with the air conditioner in our apartment, but they came very quickly to fix it and then brought us the portable air conditioner instead of the main one. The next morning, they apologized and brought us fresh fruit. We understand that equipment breaks down from time to time. But after we left, they cancelled our reservation, as if we had not come to the hotel! We didn't like this dishonesty. The hairdryer in our room also did not work properly, but that was the minor thing. Overall, the apartments in the photos seem newer than they are in reality.

All the staff were amazing - very polite, friendly and helpful, especially the lovely Concierge Manager Jun. The location was ideal for us and we were able to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooftop pool and lounge area was great, as was the ability to use the washers and driers.

Sometimes you could hear other guests when in the room, so the sound proofing is perhaps not as good as it could be but it was not a big issue for us - we would have reported it if it was. Overall we had a great stay and thought it was good value.

Our stay at Celine Living was everything we have expected for the price, and then some more. The 9th floor pool has some amazing views, especially during the night and evening. There is a lot of air pollution though, so the sunbathing was an unusual experience, but that has everything to do with the city itself, not the hotel. We would like to especially mention one of our hosts, Jun, as at every single step he did everything in his power to make our stay as pleasant as possible, including the goodbye gifts and a little sweet treat. Highly recommend!

A few ants were observed in the bathroom.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent and everything looks brand new. Like the open wardrobe which is super convenient. Room decor was very tastefully done with a warm and cosy feel. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Location is great with a Family Mart across the street and many cafe/ restaurants within a short walk from the hotel.

The shower stall (within the bath tub) did not have a functional design which resulted in water flowing onto the bathroom floor. As a result the floor towel gets wet after each use.

Good location and the room design was nice. A big bonus is the rooftop pool which has decent view of the city and lots of sunlight. Staff all were friendly

Only two issues - 1)Our check in and check out were delayed. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival and we had to wait 1hr. We also had to wait for the check out as our room had a inspection. 2) The bathroom design isn’t great - there’s water that spills all over of the bathroom due to the shape of the bath.

I liked the outdoor area also the rooms were very quiet which meanti i could relax without listening to noisy neighbours which I have suffered regularly over recent times.

The TV could have been with better quality...eg with you tube. There were many channels but no english speaking channels so some variety on the TV would have been appreciated. The shower had to be hand held due the holding on the wall set at waist height 🤔 there was a shower head above but did not appear to work.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff especially Jun and Henrik. Good attention to detail, my birthday fell on one of the days I stayed and surprisingly came back to a birthday cake and some treats. On the Chinese new year I was also surprised with some gifts in my room. And to top it off, the staff left a plate of fresh fruits a day before I left. Very thoughtful. Room was quiet despite the constant loud music in the hallway. The view on the rooftop is amazing at night.

Shower/bath tub is a little bit of a hazard. There is a stool to get in and out but you have to be careful not to slip since it’s high. Room service was done at random times. I never knew if I could rest since I had to wait for room service first.

Excellent location in the middle of district 3. Friendly and amicable staff, always listening to our request, feedback. I've talked to all the staff during the length of my stay and they were so helpful whenever we had questions or requests made for our room. Henrik, Tien, Jun, Yuna, Pixie, Tony all deserve praise for their customer service. I've asked all of them questions and made requests during our stay and they helped on the spot. We used the complimentary shuttle service from Tan Son Nhat to the hotel and it was seamless. The hotel also gives you 2 water bottles per day (complimentary), that's a nice bonus because it's easy to get dehydrated. Let's not forget the housemaids who did an excellent job behind the scenes. To foreigners, if you come to Vietnam during the Tet season, please make an attempt to be generous and leave a tip for the hard workers. It is highly appreciated; as some of them are unable to travel back home to be with their families.

Sometimes, room service happened at irregular times. Sometimes 3pm, sometimes 5pm. I understand they have schedules. It would be nice to be given a window so we can make sure not to be home during that time.

The stay was very pleasant. My room had an accessible kitchen, fully equipped with cutlery and dishes. I also noticed that the room smelled very clean and nice (probably due to their no smoking or durian policy). Compared to other hotels it was free of mold. The pool on the rooftop had surprisingly warm water and had a little jacuzzi area. On my last day there some employees brought me a fruit platter as a thank you gift for my long stay there and one employee was especially welcoming and helpful, Jun, really took his time and tried to cheer me up when he noticed I had a bad day. I did not expect that, especially due to the language barrier given. He used google translate in order to hold a conversation with me and properly understand me eventho his english wasn’t bad. I noticed that he was really attentive also to other guests coming in. Having such an employee is a big plus for the hotel, because that made the stay even as a single traveler a lot better. Another advantage was the washing maschine that you could use for free, there was also a tumble dryer.

I noticed that some bed sheets had little spots on them and the bathtub was kind of difficult to enter due to the height of it. They had a steppingstool that you could use, but there was still a very high chance of falling while leaving or entering.
