Loved the space we had in this apartment. two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen was a lovely oasis away from the busy city streets. it was clean and very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. we felt very welcomed. There was a pool on the roof that we didn’t use cause we were so busy but the space and view up there was awesome. would be lovely to watch the sunset from up there. The location was a 10-15 minute stroll to district 1 but very close to some amazing local food streets and markets.

Nothing really. The space in the apt offset the distance to the main tourist area.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and the communication with the staff, both before and during our stay, was excellent. We were especially impressed by the kindness of the staff, who were always eager to help. We spent the first two nights in a studio and moved to a family suite for the final night, as we decided to extend our stay (the studio was already booked for the extra night we decided to stay). The beds were comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport, and everything went smoothly.

If you stay in a studio with somebody else and travel with 1 luggage each, it can be a bit small. But it's not so bad for a short stay. For a longer stay I would suggest to stay in a bigger room.

We liked almost everything! Good hotel at a reasonable price with a swimming pool on the roof.

There was a problem with the air conditioner in our apartment, but they came very quickly to fix it and then brought us the portable air conditioner instead of the main one. The next morning, they apologized and brought us fresh fruit. We understand that equipment breaks down from time to time. But after we left, they cancelled our reservation, as if we had not come to the hotel! We didn't like this dishonesty. The hairdryer in our room also did not work properly, but that was the minor thing. Overall, the apartments in the photos seem newer than they are in reality.

All the staff were amazing - very polite, friendly and helpful, especially the lovely Concierge Manager Jun. The location was ideal for us and we were able to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooftop pool and lounge area was great, as was the ability to use the washers and driers.

Sometimes you could hear other guests when in the room, so the sound proofing is perhaps not as good as it could be but it was not a big issue for us - we would have reported it if it was. Overall we had a great stay and thought it was good value.

Our stay at Celine Living was everything we have expected for the price, and then some more. The 9th floor pool has some amazing views, especially during the night and evening. There is a lot of air pollution though, so the sunbathing was an unusual experience, but that has everything to do with the city itself, not the hotel. We would like to especially mention one of our hosts, Jun, as at every single step he did everything in his power to make our stay as pleasant as possible, including the goodbye gifts and a little sweet treat. Highly recommend!

A few ants were observed in the bathroom.

This spacious abode with its great rooftop pool was the perfect introduction for our Vietnam holiday. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with everything that we asked, exceeding expectations. Amazing place and we'd definitely stay again.

This is very minor, but we'd have liked better cutlery - particularly decent knives for cutting fruit - in the kitchenette. We didn't enquire about this and just made do as it's not a big deal; just a recommendation to improve the experience for guests.

I liked the outdoor area also the rooms were very quiet which meanti i could relax without listening to noisy neighbours which I have suffered regularly over recent times.

The TV could have been with better quality...eg with you tube. There were many channels but no english speaking channels so some variety on the TV would have been appreciated. The shower had to be hand held due the holding on the wall set at waist height 🤔 there was a shower head above but did not appear to work.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent and everything looks brand new. Like the open wardrobe which is super convenient. Room decor was very tastefully done with a warm and cosy feel. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Location is great with a Family Mart across the street and many cafe/ restaurants within a short walk from the hotel.

The shower stall (within the bath tub) did not have a functional design which resulted in water flowing onto the bathroom floor. As a result the floor towel gets wet after each use.

Good location and the room design was nice. A big bonus is the rooftop pool which has decent view of the city and lots of sunlight. Staff all were friendly

Only two issues - 1)Our check in and check out were delayed. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival and we had to wait 1hr. We also had to wait for the check out as our room had a inspection. 2) The bathroom design isn’t great - there’s water that spills all over of the bathroom due to the shape of the bath.

The hotel itself was gorgeous! The cleanliness and the room itself really took us by surprise. The room was super spacious, smelled amazing, was super clean. The pool area was fantastic - lots of room, big pool. Bonus that there is a washing machine and drier for patrons to use (for a very small fee), which was so convenient, especially as this was our last stay before flying home. Location was good - short walk to the street food streets, short grab rides to the other districts.
