The position is perfect, not far away from any place of interest. Our host Viet was very helpful and responsive at any time of the day, the room was perfectly equipped and very cozy.

There were ants in the room, not a problem for us. Also, there is a school nearby and its get quite loud from 7 am, so if you are a light sleeper be aware of that. However, these things were not a problem for us.

The Hosts were very kind and gave us a lot of good Tips for Restaurants and sightseeing spots in the city. They offered a quick laundry service and helped us out in this way for a very good price. The view from the balcony door is nice and the prices for the drinks in the minibar are reasonable. The apartment was clean and the bed was big enough.

The apartment was not more then a small bedroom (one fridge, one wardrobe, one chair at a small table you can't really use because it's just enough space to move around the bed) with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. We expected more room and a place to relax from the photos and for the price. The balcony is very small too and can only be used to stand outside and take a look over the city. Saturday to Sunday night there was a party crowd from one of the other apartments, which were very noisy in the kitchen and in the hallway. But after we asked them to be quiet they went into their room, shut the door and it wasn't a problem anymore. We had some ants on the floor and some water coming to the ceiling and the window during heavy rain.

New hotel, so everything is in good condition. Note that there are cheap rooms without a window. I was in a room with a small balcony - there was perfect light and air. The brothers who run the place speak English and help with whatever is needed

The name is misleading, this is not an apartment, a standard hotel room

We got a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The room was clean. Good bathroom, quiet until 7am.

- there is only one light in the room, which is really bright. A second light, like a bed light would be nice - there is a school next door so after 7am you are unable to sleep without earplugs. -the door to the balcony couldn't be shut completely, so the noise of the school and heat comes in The glasdoor is covered by a black tape. But the tape is not completely covering, so you can look through the door like 20%. The corridor is safe so we were okay

Long and his brother made sure we reach the place by providing info and directions to the stay via whatsapp. Upon reaching , Long gave us plenty of to do and to eat recommendations. Apartment was clean and tucked in a quiet and safe alley in district 3.

Bathroom a little too compact

The apartment was a good size, with bedroom separated from the rest of the unit. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The washer worked well, and the kitchen was functional. The location has many great places to eat and have coffee, and it is close to district 1. The value and price are exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and even helped us dry our clothes one time by using their dryer.

It‘s a fairly big room and compared to other places in the area its cheap. The room was clean and very well-located. The check-in was easy although we arrived in the middle of the night.

It was a bit a sketchy to enter the building as you had to go through the garage and usually wake up the guard who was behind the door. But was nothing too bad, was all fine with us.

Excellent service, especially Mr. Viet. He is truly a great asset of the company. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette where I could cook a simple meal with everything I needed, pot, pan, and basic seasonings. In addition, there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

You have to go through the basement to the elevator for checking in. And the way going down to the basement is very steep.

Great communication with the host. Because of flight delay we came to the apartments at 10 p.m. so after official check-in but it was no problem and we could pay the next morning. In terms of the whole Vietnam it was our most expensive stay but I think for this city it was a good price. Room with fridge full of drinks, AC, bathroom. Common kitchen with table.

Overall don’t have anything to complain about.

Great staff, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Even did our laundry for free on the last day.

The shower was leaking massively from under the floor, meaning that it got a bit messy in the bathroom every time someone showered for more than 2 minutes. Also it's not the lightest apartment but overall good value for money.
