The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful. Our plane was leaving at 9pm so the hotel was kind enough to hold on to our luggage.

The bed linen looked very drab and had a rip in it. We noticed it more as we had spent the previous days in 2 other hotels where the bedlinen was crisp and white. Thankfully, when I told the manager about this, all the bed linen was changed and looked so much better. We didnt know, but the breakfast is on the top floor (12th floor). Our room was on the 11th floor so each morning at 6am we were woken up by the noise of chairs dragging on the tiled floors of the breakfast room so if you stay here, get a lower floor room!

Clean, comfortable and really lovely breakfast - heaps of choice etc. We were travelling with a small baby so they let us check in very early for free. We really appreciated it after a long flight from Australia. Close to heaps of great food, attractions etc - all within walking distance. Spent a lot of time in the pool - it was great. Really nice stay here, thank you!

On a really busy street, but noise isn't an issue , just crossing the street!

Location was perfect relative to the venue of the wedding we attended. Breakfast was very good and varied daily. Room was quite big; water in the toilet and shower was strong. Bed has very comfortable sheets.

I think only one or two staff can speak English; it would have been nicer for some of them to just smile and not pout when talked to.

Breakfast is the same only changing the soup. No tissues for client. Noisy in the early morning as it close to the main road. Swimming room is small. And the staff let some clients using hand to pick up the bread instead of using utensils provided there. Bathroom is so small even for me an elderly Asian. Until the last day they changed me into a better bathroom but it is noisy with water keeps pouring down the drain.

Facilities were nice, clean, well maintained. The breakfast staff was incredible and the coffee and breakfast food was wonderful.

Their back-office made a mistake and gave us a smaller room than we had paid for. Situation was rectified only at the third and last night stay. But they were good to acknowledge the mistake and adjust part of the extra charge for the upgrade room in a follow-up booking.

I'm glad I could find this option after I had to run away from the hotel I had previously booked. Helpful staff, good breakfast plus WiFi and hot water 24/7.

There were tiny ants crawling around the walls in the room.

Although the breakfast buffet was ample, there were not many vegetarian options. We would have loved some simple and plain oats for example. Also normal yoghurt (without sugar) would have been great.

That's great!l We happened to meet at the Acnos Grand Hotel by our friend, a Vietnamese lady. She told us that it's really good and the result was so satisfying. The location is perfect, Acnos Grand hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is so easy for us to pay a visit to some tourist attractions, historical monuments as well as accessing shopping departments and leisure centres. Their staff can speak English very well and are very patient to carefully explain everything till we grasp. The buffet breakfast is ok. There's less Western Food but a variety of Asia Cuisine was served and the taste was acceptable. Lastly, room rate is the thing that we do appreciate. Low budget but high style. We will come back to Acnos next time.

Pool was at front of hotel visible from a busy street with passing traffic, not really a place to ‘relax’ and unwind.

The breakfast included Vietnamese and European selections and had plenty of variety. I especially liked the sautéed vegetables.

The location is on a major street in Saigon with a lot of street noise. The pool is in front of the hotel, right close to the street.
