The location is juat in the city. The reception staffs are friendly and approacheable. The food for the buffet breakfast is delicious. Very affordable hotel. Cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional despite it is an Inn Boutique. very comfortable room. I was not expecting that cleanliness & comfort as the rate is really affordable. Usually affordable hotels will compromise some comfort of the stay but this property is different. If I will be visiting Ho Chi Minh again, I will comsider staying here again.

No AC in the hallway but is not really a big deal.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The price is quite cheap although the location is near center of interesting places, restaurant and you will have breakfast everyday. We can rest and sleep well because the room is so comfortable dan quite. Very nice and recommended hotel. Excellent.

The menu of the breakfast is so monothon ( every morning with the same menu ). So boring and tasteless.

Lovely hotel in a nice but quieter location with good access to the main attractions. Breakfast included was great and the staff were helpful and always available. Zanz was great and offered us a larger room with a window view. He also arranged for our laundry to be done.

The location: central and yet 20min from the airport

small buffet area no milk for Western people (in Vietnam, in general local do not use cow milk,but in hotel business it's imperative to consider your Western guests have to have a fresh milk)

The location was great only a short hop with Grab to all the attractions l was there for a month was real value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful to

Staff very fascinating look. Night time young reception boy is a gem in the hotel, always smiling. Breakfast was vey good .More verities. Thank you for all staff members .Recommending this hotel for visitors coming to Ho Chi Minh city.

Loved absolutely everything

Location and value for money was excellent. It's not a 5 star type of place but it is perfect as a base. The room was basic but super clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast is not worth rushing to but it was fine

Location is very good and safe to have a walk because it is near on some government establishment.
