The location was great, although in District 7 (which we chose) it is right across the road from Central Mall. Pool was lovely although you need to be advised about the pool pass as no pass no entry.

We booked the Penthouse but that was not available on arrival due to supposed damage by previous guests. We were given a 3 bedroom apartment instead which looked older and more basic than the penthouse photos. As we were on the 18th floor we had people above us so there was constant noise at all hours which was disturbing.

It is value for money and close to a mall, which is easy for our stay. You can comminicate with host via many platforms. Just be sure to check their phone number and stuff. If anything happens, you can ask them to help.

It is a private own apartment, so you need to contact via whatsapp or something if you need anything or things do not work. They come fast though, so that is not a big deal.

Gershwin was responsive and helped us feel at home! Clean and quiet and comfortable property! Crescent mall so near! Great pho for breakfast!

Very limited breakfast options and quantity! Location is a bit far from the centre- which means we have to spend 30 mins+ and $$ each way to visit to attractions!

Gershwin, the host, is extremely friendly and attentive to your situation. Speaks English very well and will make sure you are comfortable throughout your entire stay. Very easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. I appreciated the time he took to answer the questions and to make sure everything was copacetic during my stay. Thank you, Gershwin!

Great staff, especially Bao and the owner. Bao was really helpful every time I needed. The location is a must if you are for the fair. It's just 5 minutes walk from the venue, so you need no transportation. The owner is great, and along with his staff men, Bao, they both are great hosts. Great pool and all the other comune areas. Very clean and kitchen with basic utensils, a big knife would be a plus. A big yes to this place in every aspect.

we love the way the owner of the apartment treating us, he waiting us even we came late and gave the direction to the apartment to the taxi driver. The apartment has easy-checking/checking out process, just leave the room key once you leave for check out. The apartment came to clean the room during we staying. All accommodation is new and workable, kitchen, washing machine, drier and wifi.

actually it is not a matter, just a noisy of the neighbor room close to us, sometime but understandable. just recommendation, not unlike - just in case you are group travel more than 2ppl, let's ask more key card and key room from the owner.

Thanks to Bao Tony, very nice and friendly guy, taking good care of us. Location is great, easy to buy food, drinks. Very close to Crescenet mall and SECC. Room is nice and clean, with nice fridge and kitchen ware. Swimming pool is great for kids! Will surely come back next time!

Spacious & neat apartment located in the central of Phu My Hung, district 7 with plenty eating options and play grounds for family. Staff are good communicators.

Best suit families staying within district 7, traffic to other districts are night mares.

The house was really nice and helpful to accommodate our need of 2 weeks stay. he has staffs around when you need to bring extra stuff like water, towel, keys…the condo has everything and our kids enjoyed the pool and playground. the mall is just across the street. the security guys at the gate was helpful when grab delivery food for us. it’s a bit drive to where I needed to go but quieter than other district.

less food option than busy area.

There's no free breakfast, although the building has some stores and coffee, so it's possible to eat.

It's a little confusing to find the address, many similar buildings in the same region, even more at night
