5 minutes walking to SECC (Exhibition Center). Good location. There are several convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel employees are very responsive. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. I highly recommend to stay this hotel if you want to attend the show.

It's somewhat hot for the meeting area in lobby. It's better to provide drinks or water (free or not free) when people have meeting there.

Nice quite location. Stayed in Ibis during weekend. Just to escape from the center. Nice mall in walking distance. Food all type of cuisine is just around. Rooms clean comfortable.

In the morning cleaning and other staff are really noisy, with the walkie talkies. I think it is really common in Vietnam.

The breakfast coupon system presents an opportunity for improvement, as there seemed to be a disconnect between the restaurant staff and the hotel system. Enhancing the coordination and alignment between these two entities will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience

The hotel is located at walking distance from the SECC expo center, which was very convenient for the purpose my stay in Saigon. The room was pretty large and comfortable and equipped with all necessary commodities. The restaurant offered some good selection of European and Vietnamese cuisine.

WiFi was too slow.

The property is in a quiet and very safe area of HCMC. If you don’t like the hustle and bustle of district 1 and want to be in a different area- this isn’t a bad place to stay

The bathroom is a tad small

Near SECC and Crescent mall, and many restaurants around here. The staff are very kind and patient, also fluent in English.

Sound insulation is a little bit poor, but this didn't disturb me much.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Great tasty Breakfast and lunch offered. Loung area for work. Lets say everything was perfect.

Location is superb. Walking distance to SECC. Great for those planning to attend exhibitions there. Great wifi speed as well. It was very helpful as we didnt get tourist simcard during our short stay. Reception staff were very friendly as well. We enjoyed HCM city very much!
